With the expanded capital Kishiro was finally able to open a major Shipyard in the then developing Honshu system which was to specialize in production of ships to the civilian market.
After many centuries Kishiro Technologies has moved from strength to strength.
In 812 A.S. Yukkiko Kishiro took over the position of C.E.O. of Kishiro Technologies from her father Makoto Kishiro.
Although he was a brilliant man he had failed to exert the company to it's full potential.
Thus began a period of restructuring that has endured for the last four years.
Apparently, it wasnt enough. The faction was not active and we have spotted a place for us to hop in as a new board of directors. When I say "we" I mean Roly and me, two people that didn't know each other until before week ago when we discussed the topic "what would draw you into corporate trading faction" and we seen few things eye to eye. It was time to start a corporation, but we didn't want to be another boring corporation, we wanted to revolutionize the entire corporation trading and drain out those perks that Kusari Corporation offers. Drain out that lore and drain out those possibilities. Ziggeris joined us full 15 minutes later when we have shared some of the plans with him and he has started to collect his share of cash to bring to the table. Slowly I was sharing out ideas and people have latched on to it, making it more interesting for me to push this thing faster. I messaged the former leader of kishiro and about 24 hours later I messaged Dusty. Three days total later and we are here. In that time I have contacted one GMG individual, and Quorg as ageira leader. Talked to some Mercs and talked to the Council of Rising sun.
While relations remain the same with everyone there are other things that will be changing. I will post them here and explain one by one. Using this information in whatever but actual contribution to this post is not allowed. Metagaming won't fly well and "sudden" change in diplomacy from your side could be viewed as such. So here we go:
Trading / protection / etc division - Scrapped.
- Kishiro needs one thing and one thing only. Board of directors and employees. That's it. And by employees I mean traders. No protection division, in Kusari we will have our protection, in Liberty we will HIRE our protection. That's the two houses I know for now. As we contact RM in roleplay, we'll see will we be offered any protection there, and if it's even beneficial for us to go there now.

- Now here's something people don't use alot. Corporations have monopolies, monopolies are a mean thing. especially if government supports them or has no choice but support them. We will use them for sure. As well as ageira got their chance, Kishiro will also block Kishiro exclusive products to foreign individual traders.

Shared accounts for new recruits - new thing
We are currently repping up and buying ships for 3 shared accounts. They will hold the Kusari container transport, with 12 guns. perfect for convoy use as three of these can take down a gunboat with ease or survive to the next base. Three trainees will be able to trade at the same time, until they get enough cash for their own tradeship. Only rule is to actually keep 5-10million on board of the ship as deposit. Basically those 10mil will be there from start, so no extra deposit is required from you. Needles to say, these ships are marked and locked down, secured etc. Moving them via command or something similar will make me yell at responsible person until I have the ship back and he is banned.
Hired escorts
You will have them. Just wait. We will have around half a billion for the security after the first month passes. (in the first month we'll beta test our security, so you'll need to participate. either as pirate or as our new member)
This all costs money
Indeed. So all of our members will be required to deposit 10 million every week in exchange for all perks they are receiving ( convoys, commodities, escorts)
I think this is enough for start. Ask away questions. I am sure some are already out there like will we cooperate with ALG or any faction from their space. We surely will, we just need some time to actually pull all this off. So we require patience.

Also: Shares - We intend to sell them. About good 30% will be sold to the public for start, promising the owners a slow steady income in profit over the few months.
We will base the income you will earn each month by number of players Kishiro company has, so the best thing is to buy it early. You will be able to sell them to other players, or back to Kishiro, depends. We need to work out the glitches yet and loopholes some might abuse, but we will open a small window for future corporate takeover as well. why the hell not:)
