--Heavy Metal Queen crew biography--
The Captain of the Ship.
Akaisha Kusunagi.
Age: 20.
Race:Kusari/Bretonian.
Gender:Female.
Place Of Birth: Transport Ship fleeing Bretonian space.

Background: Akaisha is the child of Charles McKinnis, a former Bretonian Military Captain, and Hitomi Kusunagi a Kusari civillian. Her father, being a loyal Bretonian soldier returned to his post after he helped the two of them escape Bretonian Space, a few weeks later they recieved news that he had been hung for "Aiding the enemy".

After this her mother felt that they needed to go into hiding so it was that she was raised in a quiet village deep in the mountains of an island on Planet New Tokyo, around the time of her 17th birthday Akaisha's mother was killed while returning to New Tokyo by Bretonian Privateers.

It was then that Akaisha began life on her own, using the little money her mother had kept hidden away, she got herself a freighter, using it for Freelance trading around Sirius, she eventually fell in with the Junkers of Liberty and acquired a Firefly.

After being around the Junkers' long enough, her crew brought to her attention that the Slave Trade was one of the most lucrative trades throughout Sirius, after many long talks and arguements with Saito, she reluctantly agreed to have the Heavy Metal Queen transformed into a Slaving Vessel, she doesn't entirely like it, but it is her best means of survival.

The Helmsman/Head Slaver
Saito Kagemaru.
Age: 34.
Race: Kusari.
Place Of Birth: Planet New Tokyo.

Background: Saito Kagemaru, He was one of the best pilots at the Kusari Naval Academy, He had been picked to pilot a KNF Destroyer, during one of his first training missions in space with it, something went wrong, it was believed to be a hydraulic systems malfunction, The ship crashed into the upper atmosphere of Planet Kyushu.

Hardly any of the escape pods made it off before the crash, nearly everyone aboard died, Saito, blaming himself, dropped out of the KNF Academy and became a severe alcoholic, in fact he met Akaisha in a bar one night, when she came in looking for a pilot, he was one of the first to volunteer, Many believe that the two of them have something, though both of them would deny it vehemently.

Saito's past has left him a brutal, Cynical and bitter man, he constantly vents his anger on newly acquired Slaves, and Engine Room workers aboard the Heavy Metal Queen.

The Junkie,er uhm..Medical Officer.
Chelsea Hagen
Age:19
Race:Libertonian
Place Of Birth: Planet Los Angeles.

Background: Chelsea was a student at a medical school run by Cryer Pharmaceuticals, in her final year at the medical school it came out that she had a severe addiction to Cardamine as well as Synthetic Marijuana, so despite her outstanding track record in the field of medicine she was ejected from the Medical School, and shortly thereafter detained by the LPI, spending a year in a Rehab program. After returning home, Work was hard for her to come by, and she was finding it hard to continue paying rent, facing eviction from her apartment, when she found out that a large transport ship was looking for qualified medical personnel, and seemingly paying incredibly well, she jumped at the chance and sought out a meeting with Kaisha.

Additional Notes: Chelsea also has an apparent nack for technology, as she is the one who creates most of the "Devices" that the crew of the HMQ use to keep their new Slaves..or "Workers" as she calls them.. Obediant.

--Status: Missing.--
<strike>The Terrorist...er...Radioman/Chief Of Security
Mahmoud Ari Al-Said (pronounced Al-Sayeed)
Age: 30
Race:Arabic!?
Place Of Birth:Unknown

Background: Al-Said was rescued from his escape pod in an Asteroid Field out in Omega 5, He never really talks about his past or where he came from, but it seems as though he has no desire to go back right away.

After his injuries were treated in the med-bay aboard the HMQ, he voiced his desire to the Captain to stay aboard, offering in turn his services as the ship's radioman, after showing extremely proficient talent in dealing with radio communication systems.

Most aboard the HMQ believe that he is or Was a member of the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army.

Those assumptions are based on the uniform he was wearing when they rescued him, this uniform had several communist markings on it, he is also known to occasionally shout propaganda through the HMQ's radio, those messages seem to be against pretty much every House government, for that he is constantly being smacked around by the Captain.

Saito can often be heard questioning the Captain as to why she still keeps Al-Said aboard, since there have been numerous times where Al-Said's mouth has put the ship in some pretty hairy situations, Still though, The Captain insists on keeping him aboard, as his skill set are particularly unique and would be hard to replace.

Additional Notes: Since the Heavy Metal Queen has begun Her Slaving Operations, it has become apparent that Al-Said has some sort of a violence Fetish, seeing as how when and if a slave manages to escape, or even attempts an escape, he eagerly activates the detonators, or trigger switches to the device placed around that individual's neck.

Aside from doing that, He constantly beats and tortures the workers and slaves for no reason at all, and he can often be heard laughing and joking about it.

The Gunnery Master.
Hans Olbermann.
Age:35.
Race: Rheinlander, Germanic.
Gender: Male.
Place Of Birth: Planet New Berlin.

Background: Hans is an extremely experienced and disciplined 'gun nut', born in Rheinland of two military parents. When he reached the age of eighteen he enlisted in the Rheinland Military, serving with a ground unit, taking part in raids on several pirate and terrorist bases. Throughout his career Hans became an expert marksman.

What put an end to Hans' career was a bar fight that he got himself into against two Rheinland Military fleet pilots, He wound up killing one of them and leaving the other paralyzed from the waist down. As one might expect, Hans has been on the run since then. He was picked out by Akaisha and Saito from a handful of prospective crew-members in a bar on Niverton station, when they heard of his experiences the two of them could hardly wait to bring such an experienced shooter aboard.

Hans has served 'The Queen' faithfully and dutifully as long as he has been aboard, on occasion he can even be seen teaching some of the 'Security Forces' of The Queen new shooting techniques, how to properly maintain their weapons, or become better marksmen. Hans has become quite the valued crewman and friend to both Akaisha and Saito, as well as many others aboard The Queen, They all know too, that there have been a handful of situations they may not have come out of if not for Hans' expertise.

Additional Crew Notes: Since the disappearance of Al-Said, Akaisha has re-tasked Saito Kagemaru to the task of 'handling' the 'workers' that are brought aboard. Given Saito's rough past not much difference is to be expected between the way Al-Said treated them and the way Saito will treat them, save of course the methods used to 'tame' the disobedient workers.
