Today has been a bad day. We the Liberty Rogues are sick of the shameless Outcast Behaviour. You are operating on our turf, yet the most of you have been disrespective towards our group. Such things as insulting us and even attacking us in front of Buffalo. Shame that the Docking Bridge of the Station has been drunk again and they didnt order to open fire at those two Tridentes. Not only Tridentes are the problems anymore.

Today we created a bigger scrapfield in Pennsylvania, because one of your Sarissa Commanders though he'll get some action here in Liberty. Because the Omicrons are boring. The commander didnt accept the escort to the borders of Liberty to move back. He even insulted us. Morons he said. I ordered back up, in case he would be aggressive towards us and I was even right. As soon they came closer the Commander of the Sarissa opened fire upon our vessels. Well he got too much of his wanted action and saw his big bad ship from the outside when I shot a massive hole into the bridge.


Hereby we warn all Outcast Pilots operating in Libertonian Systems. Be aware, you are on our Turf. Yes, there is an Alliance, but if you insult us you'll die. If you open fire upon you'll die. If we are able to tractor in your Escape Pod you'll be brought to the next Base, be killed, revived and simply killed again.

Please respect that Liberty isnt Alpha. We dont like your Capital Ships here. Why? Because it is a huge Magnet for the Navy, Police and Security Forces. If we wont catch you, they will. We can accept Tridentes, barely. We can affort to refuel and repair warships.

Concerning the recent increase in Outcast operations in Liberty, I have two things to say.

1)Most of these so called 'Outcasts' are either foolish, dumb, disobeying orders or part of an unrecognized organization. Destroying people like that is an actual service to the Common Wealth.
2)You could also try to be offended less... Rapidly. Should events like this occur again, I would like to receive some form of 'proof' of these insults.

It's all fine and dandy of you to make claims, but keep in mind we won't quite act unless you bring some proof rather than you damaging one of our warships. We admit that we have had an increase in reports from your area of operations concerning... All sorts of things, but there's really not much we can do.

What is this now...an unauthorized transmission?

I wonder who is the bright one behind this...but I digress, sir Perez, I have no idea what would a Rogue do outside of Liberty, apart from the Drunken Mule, who is ore or less our bell boy, keeping an eye who leaves from Malta and who get's to Buffalo, we seem to have shipment troubles lately in Coronado, where some outcast gunships are asking for odd tokens.

Any other Rogue, apart from Transports and their respective escorts found in Alpha can be executed on sight if and how the Outcast forces see fit.

Deal with them as you see fit, but in return, we wish to have the same rights, when dealing with derelict warships Gunboat class and above. The reason for this is, as mentioned time and again, the constant Navy harrasment, their fleet relocation from the War zones to the Capital, which makes our job a lot more stressful than it should be.

Becides...I have been in the borderworlds, There are so many traders here, why should Outcast vessels disrupt the Liberty trade...we don't need these fat boys destroyed, we need to simply board them and take what is ours.

But I am slipping off topic here it seems.

You really want some proof? Well, I am sending you two parts of the Transmission to the Sarissa Commander and those two silly ones in the Badlands. One of them was even laughing about MY Boss, and even your Commander was talking bad about Mort.

The first one is his answer when I told him that we own the turf he is flying in. The second one pretty much obvious when I told him to move back to Malta for the third time. And as I told he was the one firing upon our Vessels. We destroyed the Ship in selfdefense.
Also the two Tridentes were killed in self defense.

As Mort already said, if you catch any Rogue except Transports earning cash with some smuggling...send them home. If they refuse do what you want. If they shoot on your so called Spirits...do what you want.

Huh, calm down will you? You weren't there, you didn't see everything. Apologise that I don't make a copy of every Transmission with an Outcast Pilot which is insulting me, my friends, my Boss or our Technology. We don't fly in swarms into your turf, insult anything passing us. Or act like a psychotic Bastard on your turf.

As stated, we did act in selfdefense. I would be fine if it would be only One Outcast being such a fool, but that's actually what we see the whole time....Outcasts being utterly nuts.
