Interesting. My files aren't always perfectly up to date, but that ship is not a registered military vessel. He is, therefore, to be considered an independent pilot until further notice, and he is not acting under our orders.

So, here is what I suggest: Order him out of your space. If he does not comply, force him out. If there's anything left of his ship, we'll pick it up and use it to build a ship for a competent captain.

I believe that covers everything, and I agree with Admiral Staite about us both having far too much to deal with right now to start even more wars.

Hello everyone, my name is Admiral First class Iuguolo Formica of the MNS fleet. I feel i need to explain my actions for they seem to be causing alot of trouble.

I would first like to say, in response to this statement, I need not to recive any orders from a commonwealth of leaders who never show themselfs. Things needed to get done so i took it apon myself to complete those task.

I would also like to add i respect the Outcast High command so I mean no disrespect in anyway in this message.

As for the Relationship between the Order and the Outcast i have yet to see a halt to Order ships entering Alpha and Eta space. The recent Observation in the number of Order| Tagged ships have been Increasing therefore, an action needed to be taken thus leading in this expadition. Due to the presence of Order ships in our space I took it as a cue to do a lil research.

My reason for being in Minor are as follows:

1. Observe the Nomadic activity
2. Observe the Order activity (ship classes, number of Captains, Population of planet Toledo, and Military Force)
3. Mapping of thier system and the surrounding systems ( Omicron-100, Alaska, and the Alien Jump Gate)
4. Study there weapons effects on our ships ( seemed Fatal)
5. Study the Relationship between the Order and the Corsairs

Because the Order Aid the Corsairs i felt it nesacery to preform a Recon mission.

My work is done in Minor and the Information has been collected and recorded. My vessel left at 09:00 for the home planet of Malta.

Now the Order Fleet may rest knowing the Terror of the MNS-Iuguolo.Formica has left thier space.

You may have alot to deal with but, War sits at your front door and the people of Malta have the time and resources. Ill be damed if you catch me off-guard.

If you truly feel that these unannounced recon missions are necessary, I recommend a smaller craft or operating from further away. That way, you present a smaller sensor target and, if seen, are less likely to provoke a diplomatic incident.

That aside, if you have some recorded evidence of Order vessels in Omicron Alpha recently, I would like to see it so it can be dealt with.

I would like to point out that the captain of that ship came into Minor with hostile intents and was utterly disrespectful. I have a few images of the comm logs, which then resulted in the destruction of his/her Ranseur.

Sir you evidence is weak and I cant even read it and i belive other may have the same problem. I will also add that that evidence does nothing but prove i was ther whitch i alread had admited to (so whats the Point

I never said it was Order| Tagged ships entering Alpha so you can take a breath there Jack and check your Information before you start making assumstions.

Which doesn't suit your profile as explorer or observer in Order space. Bringing such warship in our space for "observing" is not acceptable.

Mapping Omicron 100, our Guard system with Outcast Dreadnought is not acceptable in any type of ship.
You had no bussiness there, and I believe you would react the same if we would come to your Guard system.

I have left Minior and have no intentions on going back anytime soon so i dont see where this is going and belive you all are wasting your breath. Iam one ship you know and you all are worried, i dont know what you are going to do when a whole fleet decides to show up.
