Background Information:

Ralf was born on a sad day, in a small town on planet New Berlin. The enemy attacked his home and the national army was heavily outnumbered. The fact, that he remained in life is a miracle. During his studying years he worked on a local station, he managed to collect some money and started a new life. He was helping the rheinland military when it was necessary. This wasn't often though. But his friends noticed that he is very enthusiastic, mostly when he needs to defend a station,a civilian, his mates and rights.

After finishing his studies in the Rheinland University he became a fighter pilot, he worked for the Rheinland Police. His achievements were remarkable not only as a police officer but as a soldier too. He was sent to Battleship Westfalen as a recruit and he had managed to earn respect among his mates in a very short time. As a recruit he was needed to learn the basics of avionics, tactics and to know better his own ship. After all, a mjolnir is a great ship if its pilot can handle it, and thats why Ralf spent hours to learn how to control properly his ship.

His anger was growing during the years and he was determined to take a revenge for that day when he was born. He heard the stories about that bloody day via his parents and his superiors. He is determined to work for the military forces at any cost and make sure that the civilians are in safety. It turned out that some of his friends became members in hostile factions, so he loosed connections with them, but his main enemies were not his old friends but the other house, Liberty. He was able to control his hunts and to keep the procedure, ask first and then shoot. Despite his spiritual injuries his main aspect is not the blood feud, but keeping everything under control, to prevent unnecessary deaths and in conclusion to keep order. Ralf knows his own deficiency, but he was able to handle it, and to keep his life in balance.

Background Information:
Ernst was born to Hermann and Maria Hollweg in 796 A.S. as their second son. His father, a proud Rheinländer, was serving as an officer in the Navy since he was 20 years old and expected the same from Ernst and his older brother Holger as soon as they would be old enough. Unfortunately their father would not live to see the boys grow up and join the military just as he did when he was young. During the Rheinland attack on Kusari in the Nomad War 801 A.S. his fighter was heavily damaged and he could not eject in time.

With her husband dead and two children to feed Maria had to accept cheap jobs in New Berlin to make a living, leaving the boys alone at home. His older brother took care of Ernst during this hard time but never forgot his fathers' wish. Against his mothers will Holger enlisted as soon as he turned 17 in 812 A.S. saying he wants to avenge his fathers' death. Shocked with his brothers obsession in this matter, Ernst decided not to join the military and stayed with his mother to help her out. In 815 A.S. two days after his 19. birthday Maria got sick and one month later she was dead. With nothing to hold him on New Berlin anymore Ernst followed the footsteps of his father and enlisted like his brother.

His training went well and he enjoyed the thought that after all that has happened his fathers' wish was finally fulfilled. Opposite to his older brother, Ernst was very calm and strategic, always looking for a plan to minimize casualties in the scenarios his instructors confronted him with. Holger, however, was very aggressive and brutal. His main priority was shooting down as many enemies as possible at all cost. He even mentioned to Ernst once, that all eject pods should be shot, so the enemy could not live for another fight should he somehow escape. Ernst despised his brothers attitude but never confronted him.

Background Information: He was born in poor family. His father was a worker,but his mother was a doctor.
He liked rheinland ships and dreamed that one day he will have one of them. He ended Stuttgard High School and went to the Rheinland Military. But his path in RM was not so easy. He was a worker on Altona and of course he was a Freelancer. But his honesty, kindness and strong will always help him to find new friends and team mates. And now he is ready to protect his home from all it's enemies.

Childhood: Father was poor so from 6 years he helped him to do his work. Some times it was dirty,hard but he knew that he helps to his family.His father always found him some parts (engines parts e.t.c) so Michael knows enough about how ship systems work. He built his first flying ship in 14. His first flying "prototype" failed him as there was crash in fusion control unit. His brain was hardly damaged. After this he was implanted A.I. quantum core to help his brain work properly. After his father died he became working even more harder. 12 hours on the Altona every day, poor salary makes his will even stronger.He was fired because robots were better workers than men (I hate those robots on Altona) . He was a Freelancer mechanic in Freeport 1. Then he become a trader he supplied Bretonia and Rheiland with various goods. After he heard that Liberty starts offensive against border systems he arrived in the Stuttgard Recruitment Center and filled recruit form.

Nowadays: Now he wants to enter RM to prove that he can fight and defend Rheinland.

Background Information: Victor was born in 790 to a middle class family on Planet Hamburg. His father Johan was a diligent blue collar employee of Republican Shipping, his mother a secretary. Victor had a younger brother, Max, who passed away at a young age due to childhood complications. Victor fractured his right tibia playing sports at age 12, and again tore his ACL at age 17 playing rugby. He graduated with honors from Aloisiuskolleg and received a sports scholarship to Greifswald. At Greifswald he majored in Engineering, with a minor in sports science.

Victor took a job with Republican Shipping's engineering department shortly after his graduation, working in their small craft division. He was a quality control professional and test pilot for the latest ships coming off the production lines. He flight tested countless Phantoms, Valkyres, Wraiths and Bergelmirs without incident.

The facility at which Victor worked was hit with an orbital bombardment, courtesy of the Liberty Navy, in July of 817. Many of his friends and co-workers suffered extreme burns and frostbite, from the delayed response times of Republican's emergency services. Victor survived unscathed, and walked into the nearby naval recruitment center the next day to complete his flight training, and serve his house in the battlefields of the skies.

Basic Personality Traits: Victor is a competitive individual, always striving to lead the pack. He has played at the highest level throughout his life, despite receiving many injuries, both documented and undocumented.

Victor is not overly aggressive however. He prefers to sit back and take an extended look at every situation, as opposed to blindly running in.

Background Information: Ines was born to a family of four. She grew up on planet Berlin and has lived there for all of her life. Being a second child was hard on her in her early life, which nurtured a strong spirit, feeling that she had to work hard to earn things in life. Having relatively few friends growing up, Ines invested most of her time into academic activities, leading her to become very talented in music and mathematics. Treated like a prodigy by her parents, Ines became accustomed to being praised for her talent.

An accomplished childhood left Ines spoiled, her sense of self-worth quickly turning into a sense of entitlement. As a young adult she had trouble with her family, as well as trouble academically. Her ability to succeed had made her headstrong, and her motivation to work towards goals was diminished. After almost failing in university, her parents realized that she must re-learn the importance of self-dependence, and was denied financial support. After being cut off from her family's money, Ines dropped out of university. And shortly after expending the generosity of those around her, Ines was forced to live on the streets.

After three weeks of living as a vagrant, she had a life changing experience, with the determination she had as a child being reborn. Unsupported and possibly unwanted, Ines looked for the best place to start a new life - the RM. With the fire in her heart rekindled, Ines applied to join the military, planning to reach great heights among military ranks.


Basic Personality Traits: Ines is well mannered and brief, preferring to keep things serious and on track. Often disliked by her peers for being very straight-forward, Ines has a reputation for being efficient and level headed. However, she is also known to be confrontational in situations she feels could be handled better, disliking actions or people she deems 'foolish'.

Background Information:
Rolston was the first Rheinland born of his family. His family originated from the Hispania, tracing their routes back to Portugal on old earth. For whatever reason, Rolston'€™s ancestors were resourceful, finding places on the Hispania for a small number of the extended family. After the mishaps of the Hispania, the family settled in Corsair space. While Corsair by blood and sleeper ship allegiance, their Portuguese descent always maintained some disconnect from the main political bodies of the Hispania. This caused the extended family to slowly spread over Sirius. Some integrated fully to new societies; others kept their names and history well-remembered. Some stayed and flew with the Corsairs.

Rolston'€™s parents were born among the working Corsairs on Gran Canaria. This exposure to other cultures gave Alexendrina and Antonio Silves their first thoughts of moving on to more stable house space. Eventually they did, moving to the then strong Rhein. Having some technical expertise, they were able to find work under the flag of Daumann. However, as immigrants the Silves were posted to the less than desirable Solaris Station in maintenance and technical roles.

During their time in Solaris, the Silves brought up Rolston. Rolston learned both to pilot and technical skills in maintenance and mining as he grew up. Rolston was also exposed to the realities of a border system with a significant Hessian presence.

Rolston proved to be intelligent, and could have gone on as technical specialist or administrator, but he loved sitting behind the stick of a snubcraft. He flew every ship he could get his hands on, relishing trips into the core of Rheinland space to look at new ship models as a boy. Eventually, the Silves proved themselves and moved onto to working in the Dresden system. Here Rolston grew to a young man, with yet more exposure to mining and the Hessians.

When it came time to pick a career path, Rolston signed on with the military reserves, while also taking on the role of a minor manager with Daumann. Rolston did well in both capacities, achieving a respectable officer'€™s rank and performing reasonably well with Daumann. Eventually, the opportunity to join the regular military came and Rolston jumped at the chance for more time piloting a spacecraft, even if it might mean an initial reduction in rank.

Basic Personality Traits:
Rolston is generally intelligent, picking up on things quickly and showing good management skills. He is typically calm to the point of being stoic, but has a severe temper when it does emerge.

Rolston both acknowledges and is proud of his family background, and he won'€™t back down from it with other Rheinlanders. However, he is also fiercely loyal to the Rhein. He is a patriot without being nationalistic and his background is just that, despite his pride in it.

Rolston loves to fly. This was the reason he joined the military, to fly the best hardware he could get his hands on. Rolston typically likes fighter craft, but enjoys the challenge of flying a transport well too. In his role as a military pilot, his first goals are maintaining the peace and defending the Rhein.

Background Information: Jacob's parents were pilots of Bretonian and Rheinland descent for Orbital Spa and Cruise transports. Their travels eventually landed them on Planet Baden Baden with a newborn son. Realizing space was no place to take care of a child, the settled down and entered desk jobs with OSC's immobile facilities. By rooting their lives to a permanent home far out of the reach of political confrontation, they hoped to escape the chaos of war, unlawful antagonists, and political strife.

The years of 801 to 802 A.S were the most trying of the family's new white-picket fence life. Being on a planet not entirely within the rule of the Kanzler, the citizens of Baden Baden didn't fall under an as oppressive regime as the rest of Rheinland did. But being within Rheinland space, they felt the touch of isolation and media blackouts, being cut off from the rest of society aside from the routine supply convoys meant to keep the planet alive and still tied into the Rheinland economy. The decline of passengers led to a bleak and impoverished life of the Kuhnert family. For a year, the family had to scrape together and save every credit they made to keep themselves sustained.

The end of this era was marked with the reopening of Baden Baden to the Sirian public, returning the jobs of millions of OSC employees stranded in Rheinland space. The Kuhnert was one such family who learned from their mistakes and invested into other areas of expertise. Jacob's education was invested into electronics and ship maintenance. From middle school all through high school, he apprenticed under OSC shipwrights, independent repair workshops, and even a few military compounds.

Working as a technician and mechanic, Jacob had his life set out with a well-paying career. The start of the Libertonian War began to draw him away from his plans as most of his friends joined the Military to do their service for the Rheinwehr. With peer pressure on his shoulders and the drive to be with those he cared about, he set off to the nearest recruiting center.

Background Information
Kolt was born in the Altenfurt district of planet Nuremburg in early 790 AS. to Oliver and Elise Merkel. Both his parents worked in the local Military Vehicle factory, his father as a low level manager and his mother the chief administration clerk for his division. The combined income of his parents allowed Kolt to live in moderate comfort within the Rheinland middle class, though he could only spend a limited time with them due to the demands of their respective positions.

As Kolt grew up, he became more and more interested in what lied beyond Nuremburg, but he didn’t have the means to leave the planet and explore the wider world. At the age of 15, he decided the fastest way into space was service in the Rheinland military, and began studying subjects that would assist him in his endeavour.

Kolt applied for a position in the Rheinland Military in 808 AS. at the age of 18. Whilst in training, he picked up more than just the skills required for a fighter pilot. As he learned more about the criminal organisations he was to encounter as a fighter pilot and the atrocities they committed in the name of “freedom and equality”. He developed a desire to put an end to the violent acts perpetrated by groups like the Unioners and Red Hessians. Upon completion of his training, Kolt began his career as a fighter pilot in the Independent fleet, which allowed him the freedom to explore he desired as a child.

By late 812 AS. Kolt had reached the limit of exploration as a military pilot; having visited all of the systems controlled by Rheinland, along with its borders, but still wanted to see the rest of Sirius. He used his savings to purchase a civilian heavy fighter and handed in his resignation papers, starting off a 2 year long tour of the other houses.

Whilst touring the rest of Sirius, Kolt learned much about the other houses, dipping into their culture and taking in the sights, but also keeping up his military training, taking odd jobs against the local criminal organisations to finance his excursion. Though enjoying himself, slowly working his way through the houses and even venturing beyond their borders, he couldn’t help but feel out of place. For much of his life, Kolt was looking out from home, yearning to venture out and take in what the outside world had to offer; now he was looking back to his place of origin, wanting to return to the familiar.

In 815 AS. Kolt’s tour came to an abrupt end. While in the Kyushu System, he received a transmission from this mother. Unioners had launched a major assault on Ingolstadt station and his father was un-accounted for. Kolt raced back to his home at the best speed his fighter could muster, hoping his father was safe and vowing vengeance on those who carried out the attack. Upon his arrival in the Munich system, his fears had come to pass. His father was among the 700 people slaughtered in the attack, killed by a Unioner boarding party while trying to secure a hanger filled with military vehicles. The loss of his father initially affected Kolt rather deeply. After attending a memorial service for those killed in the attack, he applied to join the military once more, partly to avenge his father’s death, but also to prevent such a tragedy in the future.

Within just 6 months, Kolt was placed in command of a fighter wing, patrolling mostly in the Frankfurt and Munich systems, hunting down pirates and terrorists and protecting shipping lanes. With his father’s death still relatively fresh in his mind, he made a particular effort to kill every Unioner ship he came across, and even went as far as vaporising the escape pods of those he destroyed on occasion.

Kolt was briefly re-assigned to the Stuttgart system in late 815 AS. before being promoted to Kapitaen and granted command of the reconnaissance gunboat RNC-Fernspaer which operated mostly in the Omega region to keep an eye on pirate activity. He still hopped in the cockpit of a fighter whenever he had the chance, tagging on with local patrols to keep his skills in check. With tensions between Rheinland and Liberty sharply rising in 817 AS., the RNC-Fernspaer was retrofitted with newer scanning equipment and re-assigned to the border with liberty. Shortly after the current Liberty-Rheinland conflict broke out, the RNC-Fernspaer was heavily damaged by mercenary bomber wing while charting gravimetric anomalies in the Texas System. Though severely damaged, the vessel still managed to make it back to Hamburg, where it was subsequently deemed irreparable and de-commissioned. Kolt was temporarily assigned a fighter wing once more while a new position opened up for him.

In late 817 AS., Kolt was placed in command of a new class of cruiser fitted with long range heavy weaponry, the RNC-Jaeger, designed to counter the waves of capital class vessels employed by the Liberty Navy. The vessel proved to be quite effective in its role, participating in several engagements, including the successful defence on the Hamburg system from a particularly large assault force in mid 818 AS. Since the battle, the RNC-Jaeger has been assigned solely to the defence of the Hamburg system from liberty invasion forces. Recent recognition of his service to Rheinland has caught the eye of the Rheinland Military High Command, and has prompted him to apply for a position amongst their ranks.

Currently, Kolt in command of the gunboat RNC-Erfurt, based out of the Stuttgart system performing border patrols, but is still ensures he has access to a fighter and bomber. Kolt is also on call to command the RNC-Jaeger in case of a significant incursion by Liberty forces.

Basic Personality Traits: Kolt is generally an understanding and passive individual in the field, but he tends to be rather unforgiving when it comes to those he deems a threat to Rheinland and its people, particularly members of the Unioners and Red Hessians. He has proven proficient at commanding gunboat and cruiser class ships but prefers the speed and agility of a fighter craft over the lumbering mass of capital ships. In the office, Kolt shows good attention to detail, and is quite analytical.

Background Information:
Born on 17th April 786 A.S. at Planet Hamburg, Zimmer was an ordinary child. His weapon was always his physical strength, therefore, he was a feared guy. That has an effect on his personality. He is very short-tempered. He had many friends, though, most of them allied with him only because of fear, which brought him opportunity to manipulate with them. He did so. Most times, it was something bad. Yet, Zimmer was never punished, since he was covered by his "friends".

But, as we all know, times had changed. Zimmer was 14 years old at that time. The Rheinland started the invation against Kusari. His father died there. Zimmer didn't have a clue what was going on, only thing he felt was sorrow for his father. These events changed him, he stopped using his manipulation abilities to have fun. Instead, he started using them against his enemies.

The boy slowly became an adult. At the age of 18, he signed up for a Military Academy on New Berlin. He was not the best student, but still good enough not to get kicked out. He took the way of a pilot, and after some time, he became a very skilled, but not very clever pilot. That's why he is very efficient when working under others.

After graduation, he signed for the Secondary fleet. He was 26 at that time, and he mainly served in internal affairs - against pirates, like Red Hessians. Though, he always wanted to be a part of an invasion to Liberty. That is one of the many reasons why he is now applying into the Primary Fleet. It offers more possibilites of presenting himself.

Background Information:
Billy grew up a fairly stable life with his father being a transport pilot in Republican Shipping, his mother also had a job in Republican Shipping co-ordinating cargo. Billy had his life planned out ahead of himself by his father and mother to also get a job in Republican Shipping, At seventeen Billy seemed to be heading for the escort kind of job but his father tried to keep him to the transport type of job.

Eventually the Rheinland - Liberty war started and Altona started to become more militarised and workers evacuated, unfortunately Billy's parents stayed behind and kept trade going around Altona Station, After his father was killed in action, a week after his eighteenth birthday, Billy sat in his room and didnt come out for three days and refused to talk or think about his fathers death, after that Billy started attending physiatrist talks by his mothers say, the physiatrist came to the conclusion that he had bottled up his anger and wasnt letting it show. Billy secretly started going around looking for anything that could teach him about the military, from simply staring at recruitment posters to reading weapons manuals anything he could learn before he signed up to give him the extra edge.

He was going to try as hard as he could to get into the Military, No matter what would stand in his way. It wasnt a matter about Love, Hate or Loss. It was a matter of Nationlism that his people could out live the Libertonians.
