Commissar-Commander Alvin Katz

This confirms the terms determined in our discussions with you, mediated by the Temporary Autonomous Zoners.

I'll be brief, and to the point.

This Vendetta ends now, primarily because we each have other priorities; you have a Revolution to spread, we have money to make. Secondarily because we have mutual friends, and our disagreement has complicated our dealings with them. Additionally while we have mutual enemies, I cannot forsee cooperation in the cards for the immediate future, though that could happen inadvertently.

The terms:

-While not in Bretonian or Libertonian space, we will ignore you. You have indicated you will return the favour.

-While in Bretonian and Libertonian space, we will honour our existing contracts, and you will be engaged.

The following additional item was not discussed. The approaching ion storm made time short. But you must be made aware of this: If you engage one of our existing clients outside of Libertonian and Bretonian space, we will defend them. This is actually unlikely to happen, but I thought it best to make you aware.

Do indicate your concurrence with this agreement.

We concur and add the following clause:

GALLIA this matter is too sensitive to discuss over open channels, but you know the details there in of our discussion.

We will cease all hostilities in the designated areas, and continue to maintain that Omega-52 remains off limits.

The agreement has been broken by the SCRA, they engaged our ships in Tau 23, way far from Liberty and Bretonia space.

If this is what the SCRA want, so be it, but remember, today your ships escaped, tomorrow you could be not so lucky.

Sir, Madam, or Other,

Bonjour! I've just received reports of the incident in the Tau-23 system, and I find that the report's don't square with the situation as you've described it. Perhaps this is a simple book-keeping error, which it would be my pleasure to rectify. The report from the CPW Lithuania indicated that they were assisting the Independent Miners Guild against a group of Outcast vessels. It was after this that ships from your organization joined the engagement on the side of the Outcasts.

Given the situation, I'd say that your ships attacked ours, breaking the agreement in the process, rather than the other way around. The situation was not chosen by us, and we will not take the blame for it, but we will finish it if you pursue this. If, however, you decide that our previous arrangement was more desirable, we'd be equally willing to continue it.

The choice is yours.
Konnichiwa. I suggest you to re-read the agreement's terms and then come to talk about it.

Why was the agreement working? Because it made sense, you shot Kusari, we shot Kusari, you shot Corsairs, we shot Corsairs, we even offered our help to defend Omega 52. Now, because you suddenly decided that these stupid Miners are your friends, you backstab us.

The agreement would not be hard to change, adding that you would defend the miners, you said no word, now you will have to re-live the events that leaded to calling guns off.

And for last, the Lithuania watched us shooting those miners for something like 10 minutes, and the captain said nothing, suddenly he said "Mandalorians back off", are we supposed to be mind readers? You want to believe your captain, believe him, for what I care. You should also ask him the status of the Lithuania and the MIL ships.

Live up to your actions.

Excuse my ignorance... actually don't excuse it, no one really needs to give you excuses you're full of them already.

Let me get this straight, Muffin, you attack miners in front of the Lithuania and a group of Militiamen and expect them to do what? Sit on their hands and whine 'no...please...don't kill innocent people... oh please stop.... pretty please'?

I don't know what you have been smoking *cough*Cardamine*cough* but it is fairly obvious that the Problem exists on your fighter... I believe the correct term is 'Problem exists between chair and keyboard'.

Now, Muffin, since you need a basic schooling in history, let me remind you... every time your sorry lot actually drags itself out of that hovel Barrier gate station, to fight the SCRA you end up floating home. Let's see here, the battle for New Berlin... we won... The battle for Omega-5... we won... the battle for Coronado where we set your house on fire... yep won that too.

Now because you jumped on a set of Green Militiamen and the Lithuania unprotected, now you actually think you're men?

Muffin, bless...

The treaty stands, but with the same clause you have addressed to us, if you attack WORKERS in front of us, we are going to defend them.

Now then Muffin, I really suggest you go back to doing what you do best... not really sure what that is to be honest, have yet to see you do anything well...

Don't pick a fight you have no chance of winning.

Much love, Mandy,

Leon Mendel

To the Coalition

I will be brief.

The agreement still stands as far as I am concerned.

We both knew going in that there would be occasional conflicts between us in spite of this agreement.

The agreement was not a ceasefire for all possible contingencies.

Yours is a messy business, revolution. So is ours.

We will meet in battle again. The agreement is simply to minimize losses that have nothing to do with our respective core interests.

Good day.

I'll murder you all, unprotected you said? I laugh at you, idiot, I'll murder you all, specially the MIL wing. You decided your own destiny. The rest of the Mandalorians can do what they want, I couldn't care less.
The leader of the Dha'wherd does not always take his lithium.

And he may have recently read some Ayn Rand novels and have a big hate on for Socialism.

It will pass; I just bought him "I'm OK, You're OK." Heartwarming drivel, that.
