Directed at the GMG:

Konnichiwa and greetings, Guild of Gas Miners. I have, on several occasions now, traveled through the Sigma-13 system with escort of GMG personnel, and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I would ask now that I have permission to move directly through Sigma-13 whenever I need to get into Kusari. I will dock nowhere, not go anywhere but Honshu using the Jump Gate, and will assist any GMG personnel that requires it. In return, I will give each GMG member that I encounter access to my finest food and drink stock aboard my ship, usually only given to people of high diplomatic stature.

I hope you consider my request.

What I now request is that I be able to travel without escort- I will not use your stations or planets or shipyards without escort, and I will retain the power of individual [KSP] or [KNF] forces to turn me out.

And furthermore, there have been concerns of my presence in other Houses than Rheinland. I will inform you now that I have erected many safeguards that will stop me from directly harming a lawful force unless in the direst of circumstances, such as them firing with intent to kill that pose a threat to this vessel. If I, in anyway, harm an innocent for my own convenience, I shall be forcibly shut down and will be recalled to Rheinland indefinitely. I placed these guards on myself to keep the public safe.
