Yes, [color=#33CC00]yes I know. Lately we run into each other a lot due to our frequent visits to Rheinland. [color=#33CC00]It hasn't been always like that. Several months ago we were kinda neutral to RMeys. I had this idea of keeping them as a potential... how should I put it... aid-force against those silly Libbies on the north. Be that as it may, they attacked us once and, since then, we're eating their strudels and beer everyday. And sausages as well.

So we meet each other almost every day. We helped you several times. And I'm not gonna lie. I decided to help you 'cause of the few very good reasons, in this order of priorities.

1. You're allies with Mollys with whom we're close friends. It suppose to happen sooner, but alliance between Mollys and my Merry Bunch will happen as soon as we do few tasks left for them. Maybe you're not in frequent contact with them, but I had this idea of improving relations between two of you.
2. Your technology. I'd be a real lying clown if I told you I wouldn't want to get some of your unique toys for me and my Thuggies.
3. We have common enemies. Whole bunch of them.

This is not much but it should help you finance your army for a week or two at least. Lately I've developed a need to become a gunboat collector. Sounds weird, doesn't it? So I'd like you guys to give me a 2 Heimdalls, 2 Thors and 2 Odins. We'll take old, out of service vessels as well. Mollys will get them fixed in Londonderry in no time.

I hope I'm not asking too much. Even if you refuse, keep the money. Consider it as a gift, a symbol of our developing friendship and who knows... Possible alliance in the future?

Ah yes, the Joker... you know, you're a troublesome figure for me. On one side, you've proven yourself useful. You unleash your chaos upon the Red Hessian Army's enemies with consistently convenient timing and great effectiveness. But on the other side, you're a PR disaster, too well known for your own good. If the Military fails in their job, the public will look up to us to save them. And unfortunately, we can't whisper "No".

Open cooperation is out of the question at the moment, however I can think of other ways we can, ah, help each other. First, our factories do crank out a lot of equipment and our cooperation with the Mollys is quite close. So I'm going to sign on two Odins for delivery over to Arranmore as part of the Hessian - Molly equipment lend-lease program. I'm sure they won't find much use for them, so they might just... "sell them into the wider market", if you understand what I mean. I can't send much more than that at the moment out of two reasons:

First, this is something that stays between you and me, and don't even think about trying to double cross me on this one. This deal is unofficial. Officially my own and my organisation's position remains: you're a loose cannon. The Mollys don't really need deliveries of our ships, and I don't want any suspicious eyes looking at me.

It is also because of this state of affairs that the next time I tell you to evacuate the area, you should heed my advice. I can't control all of my men, and I know what I am talking about. It's quite a requirement for this little cooperation of ours, because if you start a shooting war with our idealists then they aren't going to drop it until the Revolutionary Council declares you an enemy of the Fatherland. And then you have nothing more to look for in Rheinland.

Second, I want to see you perform a while longer, lets see if you can keep up the effectiveness now that the Rheinland Military Marinenachrichtendienst got interested in your group. I suggest you keep a keen eye for infiltrators. If you need ideas, those Daumann in Omega-7 are getting on a lot of people's nerves a lot lately. They and their army of hired guns are trying to exterminate all miners bar themselves from the system by force. They could use a taste of their own medicine.

Regards,
Hoerst

Hell! [color=#33CC00]Damn! But I was so nice!

[color=#33CC00]Thanks for those 2 odins at least.
They'll serve its purpose indeed. But I really wanted at least one Heimdall for my garage-show. You must have at least one heavily damaged or out of service. Think about it, Hessie-dude. I've heard it is very agile, and in my hands, it'd be even more powerful. I'd mount 1 billion-worth equipment on it.

Ah... I guess I can understand your reasons. I am insane after all. I've got papers and all. But I do honor my word, no matter what. You want more chaos for RMeys? You're gonna get it no matter what. Just try to keep your boys on a leash and restrain yourself from trying to control me. I can't even do that.

You were talking about Daumann? Aren't those civilians? Anyway, you should be more precise in explaining who am I to bother and who should I leave alone regarding civilian population. Except your allies of course.

We should work together more often instead of having concerns about collateral damage and whatnot. There's a war out there. Blah, blah. People die one way or another. But only few live to laugh at silly notion what one'd call life.

But I do blame you for one thing though; because of you, now I'm gonna have to shoot all of my worthless stylists.

I'd think you of all people would know that greed always destroys men. You'll get more equipment when the time comes.

On to the more important matters though. Let me present you with a nice, juicy, chaos hating target: Daumann Heavy Construction security and their flying circus of mercs and Bounty Hunters. They'll probably hunt you down on their own, and definitely open fire when they know or think they have the upper hand. They are corporate pigs who are willing to kill for money, hence they themselves do not deserve life.

As to what should be done to stay under the idealists' radar: try to at least avoid personnel transports and shuttles, or at the very least don't murder their passengers indiscriminately. It's a war crime, you'll get shot for it. Also, think of the IMG as a non militant arm of the Mollys and Hessians. They are legal within the houses, yes, but it doesn't matter. Both the Mollys and us will start asking questions and demanding answers if you become a great thorn in the side of the independent miners.

Oh, and Blood Diamonds. Leave my smugglers alone.

That's pretty much it for the important stuff. I'll contact you in case some other issue develops that you need to be aware of.

Hoerst

Hi again, [color=#33CC00]Major Hoerstey. Long time no see. [color=#33CC00]How you've been?

I'm just fine, no need to ask. After my recent vacation, we increased our activity, especially in your sectors. I'm not really sure how much have you've been payin' attention but I'm giving headaches to RMeys and RFPs these days, with the help of your men on more than several occasions. In addition, relations with your allies are getting better every day, especially with Unioners. As for VF dudes, I think all the negativity has simply vanished.

Your Odins are functioning just fine. I use one of them personally sometimes, very agile and powerful. But I can't say that I'm not in need of some more firepower. Some Natterturn Zweis (guns and turrets), GB turrets, Thors (two would be just great) and that Heimdall I asked you for back then. Can I get any of these Major-man?

And don't worry, I won't say a livin' soul that you supplied a unstable guy like me. Furthermore, if there's anything I can do in return - do tell me.

Ja, it would appear that your absence made my allies forget about your past indiscretions. Sehr gut. I've been told of some of your antics already. Well, it is about time the powder keg in the Omega systems was lit, even if not everyone approves of the method of doing it.

Now listen up and note this down. I am only going to transmit this once.

The RHGB Wikinger has been reported on the list of daily losses today with the status 'missing in action'. The report said it was last seen in Omega-5 fighting a Corsair wing. Tragically, its cabin was hit by a lucky torpedo and was decompressed, the crew died instantly. The Corsair pigs ran for their lives from the other incoming patrol, and left this fine piece of equipment almost completely intact. The ship is floating around the edge of Omega-5, around sector E8, fully armed and equipped. I've made sure to call off the salvage teams and changed its status to "confirmed loss". The only thing you need to do is find a hauler and drag it to a shipyard that will service you and pressurise the hull.

Now, for both our sakes it had better never be made public that I helped you acquire this ship in any way. The bombers and guns I'll need to "laundry" first before I can get a transport of them ready. One week should suffice for that.

Meanwhile in return... yes, I can think of a number of things. The usual harassing of the Military applies, especially in Omega-7. Kruger miners, Daumann miners, all the usual riff raff intruders - gone. Except the IMG of course.

But, there's another thing now as well. Those Daumann are quite privy to the fact that they keep losing out against us hard. So in a typical corporate way of thinking they are letting their money do the talking by hiring a legion of mercenaries to take the fight to us. Of course, the typical merc behindert can barely even hold his ship straight, but this new bunch that is flying around... they are troublesome. They call themselves 'Reavers'. If any should wander into your gunsights, terminate with prejudice.

Should anything new crop up, I'll notify you.

[font=Trebuchet Ms]Who would have thought that I'll be working with military people, [color=#33CC00]haha. Thanks for the potential location of that GB.[color=#33CC00] I shall disperse my Thugs to Omega 5 ASAP.

Reavers, yes? Met two of them in New York once, took out two of my escorts and fought me for half an hour, or even more, after what they manage to bring me down as well. Cunning little rats but professionals - that's for sure. Usually I don't attack less than 3-4 fighters/bombers but these are just too dangerous by just flying in one pair. Shield-runners, nano-feeders. Have tendency to keep each other alive as long as possible just to deal more damage to their targets.

We'll see what will happen next time now that I'm somewhat more familiar with their strategy.

This is Hoerst, as you have no doubt already guessed. I'll get right to the point. Your trouble making helps my cause most of the time. Not this time around though. I am fully aware that yourself and the communists have some rather big problems with each other.

However, the next time you end up attacking a small SCRA fleet next to Ronneburg, I will personally order the base's docking control to keep all ports locked until your ship is out of commission. I'm not one to harbour people who don't understand subtlety. Don't attack my allies next to my bases. We're not Freeport 1. Or Switzerland.

I hope my message is clear.

[font=Trebuchet Ms]You posses false intel, major. They're lying to you.

[color=#33CC00]Several days ago I reported SCRA's behavior to Ernst Neurath and I explained the situation.
I wanted to warn him if something happens in the future. And it did. These fools like to gather the whole army and hunt me bravely all over Sirius. So naturally I hunt them as well using guerrilla tactics. I guess they hate loosing too many ships, haha. Why major Ernst didn't bring up this to you, I don't know. He even mentioned some kind of possible negotiations in the future. So ask him about it.

Omega 5? I was helping Mandalore Sagg'Tar'di to fight off Sails in that system. You can check that info as well. When SCRA came, they came with fighters, bombers, cruiser and that damn Osiris they got from Order guys, you know those Sairs' "allies", those Sairs you hate so much?

I didn't attack. They did. Who would attack a fleet with a single gunship?

Here's the evidence how many ships they had in Omega 5 which is just a small portion of it and some more evidence showing that the basis of their story surely stinks. These proofs are a strongest possible arguments conflicting with what they've told you - that I attacked the whole damn fleet all by myself.

The fight didn't even start near Ronnenburg but 10 clicks away from it. I was forced to dock there to evade being blown to hell. You should ask yourself why did SCRA kept firing at me near YOUR base?

Do you like being lied to? Do you prefer reliable allies who haven't lied to you before, a one-man army with connections all over Sirius, or bunch of lying pigs who are expanding into Liberty's territory just in order to kiss-as* to your distant enemies in Omicrons. Who knows what are their intentions. Acquiring new technology perhaps or procreating with nommies. Who knows? They're always cooking up something. You can never tell. This is not the first time they lied in order to achieve their shadowy goals. Furthermore, just ask any high ranking Mandalore why SCRA turned around against me in the first place. That's when that bombing of Barrier Gate station took place. They invited me in to "help" them just so they could fire at me 3 minutes after the battle has started. Ask around from your reliable sources and you'll see I'm telling the truth.

I'm eager to see how will you react to this act of deceit against YOUR people, whether will you simply ignore what I've just presented to you and cut me out of your support or will you use your brains and instinct in order to do what is right for your army and your cause.

The way I see it - if someone lied to ME in order to turn me against some of my friends, I'd cut them up into pieces and feed them to a stray cats.

My guess is that there's 70% of chances you'll declare me hostile despite my little presentation. But just because your goals are somewhat similar with theirs, doesn't mean you have to eat all the crap they put you on the table.

I sincerely hope that my message was clear major, hahaha.
