Seems like somethings going on with IMG, the incidents with them are growing quickly and its over the line what we can handle in peace. Maybe you remember, maybe not, we made an agreement with the local IMG guild members and where the IMG| represented himself officially. We gave an unofficial information about it for the RM leadership and for other elements who represent in Omega systems. Looked like all will be fine, we started cooperating with IMG for keeping the free traffic and safe in the Omega systems, between Rheinland and Bretonia. But IMS changed his leadership, and IMG politic started a new way....

Of course incidents between IMG and Daumann vessels happened after the pactum but we tried handle this amicably all time. We dont shot out any IMG, just for self defence and we dont let it to our subcontractors too. Seems like IMG thought we weakened or withdrawed from Omega systems or we been part of IMG, I dont know. Anyhow they act like they are at home on our bases and territory and we are the guests. They freely use our bases, they freely use our mining fields, they freely shoot our patrols, and they do it openly. Yesterday was the top, when we must say ENOUGH. Happened a half dozen incident just inner 1-2 hour. Lets see what happened just yesterday:

First we just got an IMS vessel freely docked on The Ring, our rookie patrol pilot was there and he warned him. He thought, okay we made a pactum we close our eyes now, we give just a warning. Then we dont thought nothing wrong.


This vessel later went to the Omega 7 system and started mining operation on Daumann field. One of our subcontractor catched him. Here is the file about his report:

He tried to lieing to our subcontractor about the pactum so he tried to avoid the "steailng operation" consequences.

After this we got a BMM miner on the Daumann field. Its clear he dont have permission mining there. We launched our bombers against it but - what a surprise - an IMG fighter arrived and - what a greater surprise - it protected the BMM miner. He tried to lie this BMM working for IMG, whatever, no BMM neither IMG have permission for mining on Daumann field. Here are the discuss from our subcontractor's rcorder about it.



They tried to play dump who never heared the pactum between them and us and tried to say, IMS not their fellow worker and so on. We are patient so we explained the situation, maybe just dont watched the news or like. They withdrawed and we thought all fine. We was wrong. They just returned after some min and started shooting our patrol. Of course our fighters took of but we dont wanted break the pactum so we just show our force and again just talked with these ships:


We almost finished when an IMG transport came and started to mining just before our eyes. We asked them to leave. We did it multiple times, they dont respond, the IMG fighters just let the transport working. Of course it was the final reason, we must using force. Some shoot and transport finally understand he is on wrong place. We let it run, we dont wanted his death. But the IMG fighters took out our subcontractor, who tried to discuss with them and who dont shot them because our order. Finally our patrol leader turned one of them just show him, we can fight if needed, so the IMG fighters withdrawed finally.

After a short time we must realize, IMG use our bases freely like their home, and they dont care our asking how dont do this. They do just before our eyes and before RM pilots eyes who - what a surprise - just dont try defending our and Rheinland interests until we dont give a direct warning. I dont know our education so low on academy or what but strange how pilots interesting more what is on our transport vessels cargo hold than protecting the law.



When one of these IMG admit he work for Liberty and he deliver our products to the enemy - nothing happen. RM pilot just ignore this. This discuss happened in New Berlin on open channel. I cut the parts when the IMG just abused us and other rheinlanders.





So 1st we must ask what is going on? When the incidents started in the past with IMG, your represent "suggested" the peace, as the best way. We listened to the represent of our government and we made a pactum with IMG. Seems like they dont want it anymore. They show again they want the corporation war. They show again they are work for to the enemy. We awaiting the government steps against IMG. We ask the followings:
1, IMG must get the "enemy of state" status and ALL must be free target inner Rheinland territory.
2, We understand you cant send more pilots to the Omega systems. We dont need, we have enough good skilled pilots. But we need a license for those products what we build for the military. We need some good fighter vessel for our patrols and we know Daumann build the best fighters. We can protect ourself, but please LET US protecing ourself. All these measures dont demand any of your pilot's life.

In our earlier contact where we showed some evidence against IMG, we asked same but we dont get any answer. Just a little reminder: We are corporation. We can place our HQ anywhere where we get the protection, where the state help and not block our business. We must be loyal to our shareholders mostly. So we ask the Rheinland Military and the Government, fulfill our request before we think that, the Government dont need our services, our ships, our corporation so we must moved away our HQ. Our workers are disappointed, and they start to listening hessian propaganda. If government leave us alone again, we cant garantee we can keep the excavation and production in level so we cant accomplish any ship building contract, thats bad for the war too.

Guten tag! As I read the day's transmission I found that Herr Daumann had already communicated with you; I forgot to send him some more images before form our patrol pilots.

The situation was due to a rude, non professional miner who was underging mining operations in our field; and the fighter you heard before. You can see the conversation from the CVR images but what you can't see is this...


As you can see the IMG vessels opened fire on this patrol for no apparent reason. He was telling the miner to leave, standard protocol; and the "trigger happy" IMG decided it would be funnier to fire.
Not only that, the IMG vessel instantly killed a mercenary; again, for no apparent reason; the patrol managed to tractor his pod, but still it's a loss that could have been avoided.

Guten Tag Herr Daumann,

Your issues with the IMG the recent weeks have been moitored closely by the RHMC and the curent development worries me.

The Rheinland Military will engage any IMG or foreign Miners who are participating in any unlawfull actions against the Daumann or Kruger corporation anywhere in Omega 7 or Rheinland.
This said, I have to add that the Rheinland Military has not the authority to protect the Daumann and Kruger mining fields due to missing ressources at the moment. Daumann and Kruger is responsible for their fields on their own as it is now.

All IMG IDed vessels are already PROHIBITED to dock at any Kruger or Daumann base within Rheinland sovereign territory or any Kruger or Daumann base outside of Rheinland.
All Rheinland Military personel is authorized to prevent the IMG from docking at said stations.

If any IMG vessel engages a Rheinlander while being within Rheinland sovereign territory, the ship will be declared as hostile and loses its access to Rheinland space as a whole. Said vessel being encountered illegaly within Rheinland will be seized and its crew incarcerated without hesitation.

The IMG will not use any Daumann or Kruger base any time in the future.

Danke schon frau admiral, this news already growed our workers moral on The Ring, they working 5% faster than the quote, now how they feel the government behind them. As I heared from Briesen station our workers excavating more raw materials, now how we can handle IMG and their vessels by our own company code, our pilots just awaiting the take off orders. We cleaning our areas from the foreigner miners, than we can excavating and delivering more and more material for defence industry.

We hope its a good first step for stronger co-operation between our corporation and Rheinland Government.
