The XTF have come across some inteligence that may give you cause for concern,at first we thought little of it but subsequent investigations have given the impression that there may well be a real threat,both to your self and The Maltese People and a face to face meeting I think is the best way to go,never to sure how secure these comms are.

Please arrange said meeting at a time of your conveniance,where we can discuss the possibilitys and produce our records for your perusement,unfortunatley they are so sencitive we dare not risk disclosing them here.
