towards Systeme du Core are making lives in prisons aswell as in the respective
Prisoner-Transport ship unbearable.
if those gates aren't opened soon then we can't guarantee civilians will be safe
of prison ships who have been taken over due to riots, only 17% of our cells isn't overcrowded.

What I'm saying is this ; If another riot occurs, deadly force will be authorized. Do not use it as a secondary tool but rather as a primary one. Make clear that no defiance of any form will be tolerated. Perhaps you could even take your entire crew and yourself out on shore-leave to make some room, just be careful that you don't accidentally leave the auto pilot on it's course to the nearest sun with all the prisoners still stuck in their cell. That would be such a shame.

I may not be afraid of using Executions as excuse for overfull prisonblocks
however our largest prison is located on Planet Nevers, there we are
watched by the press and other mediabugs,
we can't just execute anyone who has been arrested
for minor breaking of the rules. that would be, how do you say it,
