Today I speak to you due to an interesting yet concerning situation in the Omegas. Apparently the IMG security vessels are highly concerned of our trains passing by Freistadt, for they have been disrupting the free trade by halting them, disrupting their cruise engines and threatening us with "bad things happening" for passing by.

As usual we sent two patrol pilots to Freistadt to have a conversation with the gunboat who had been authorized by the IMG high command to do this; after a few salvos from both parties /(t seems that no matter what happens, there is always gunshots involved), the patrol pilots and the IMG pirate gunboat stopped to talk things down.

As you may be aware we have ceased to engage any IMG main vessel as well as any IMG aligned vessel, we even have agreed to a contract with IMG's local brethren, the IMS, to engage in joint security operations in the system to secure the system and allow the free trade in and out of Rheinland, but apparently IMG's security's has been compromised as the IMG pilot stated, and they think that taxing Kruger in their fields, and Daumann trade ships passing by is the best course of action, and the worst is that this has been authorized by the IMG commanders, or at least that's what this pirate says.

You must remember that before, we had a territorial war going on with the IMG and we decided to look for the peaceful way. I seemed to had worked until now, when the IMG decided to provoke Rheinland's corporations into another conflict. You have turned your backs on us before, we hope this time you don't do the same, we tried to keep the guns down; but the IMG is the one threatening us this time, if we have to go into another conflict, we will; we only regret that the IMS will be caught in the crossfire.

Finally I want to say that in 42 hours maximum the patrol wing will be set to "full operation strenght", an executive order that allows the patrol wing commander to resume and do as he thinks is the best course of action "he is authorized to act in regards to DHC's security" the same way the IMG is doing

It truly worries us to witness your vessels having so many problems with the IMG of the late. We will take an adequate course of action, most probably contacting the IMG leadership regarding their unapproved boycott of a crucial trade point.

However, we see no shots being exchanged, aside the Kruger vessel being fired upon by the IMG gunboat, but it is not relevant as you say the miner himself was trespassing.

If we are going to commence diplomatic talks, please give us any evidence you can gather, not just transmissions being taken out of context. I would like to see full communication logs and evidence of IMG ships opening fire without being provoked.

In the meantime, after a discussion with the Admiralty, I will personally set up negotiations with the Independent Miners Guild.
