Dear sirs,

It appears one of our employees (Piotr Yvanovitch, pilot of Yvan's Worker-001 freighter) has met some problems with one of your agents. The dispute concerned the question of Tau-31 Jump Gate, even if it took place in New London System.

As our neutrality with the four main houses (including Bretonia) must be preserved, we've warned our employee not to consider himself as immunised to the laws. He has promised he will be more regarding about bretonians laws while traveling in Bretonia, and speak with more respect to bretonians agent.

So we demand the right to our employee to fly again in Bretonia. We could also send another employee which has never met problems with your laws, but it would be a loss in time and money for our company.

Expecting a fast response,

Dmitri Yvanovitch,

Manager of Yvan's Bank.

It doesn't appear that you are in a position to make demands here. If you wish to continue trading military grade materials you must apply for licensing here.
If you wish to trade through Bretonia at all the word of the BPA must be followed to the letter.
The Tau 31 gate is a no-go zone, no civilian transport is allowed through the Leeds -> Stokes lane, safe passage is through Edinburgh in sector C3.

Once you have made your application to the Restricted Licenses section for trading through Bretonia (doesn't matter in your case what you wish to trade after this incident) we will consider allowing you to continue your enterprize.

Regards

Commander Lucy Silsbury

Commander,

It seems there is an incomprehension. I must explain the events with more details.

1) First incident :
- Our employee, Piotr Yvanovitch, purchases the vessel Yvan's Worker-001 on Baffin, then he flies to Bretonia.
- As we're neutral to the four houses, including Kusari and Bretonia, Piotr flies safely through Tau-29 and Tau-31. He enters in Leeds via Tau-31 jump gate.
- He arrives near Planet Leeds, with an empty cargo. Another transport arrives in the same sector at the same times, carrying military vehicles (probably the origin of your confusion). Both transports are arrested by a BPA agent.
- Piotr stills doesn't know he is in infraction. He receives a warning from the agent.
- Piotr is warned, then he proceeds. Incident is closed.
--> There was not ANY military material in our hold, nor other prohibited goods.

2) Second incident :
- Piotr comes from Dresden, and delivers diamonds on planet New London. Then he takes off, with a cargo empty.
- Piotr arrives near Kensington, and is heading to Kansas (via Leeds, then Magellan jump hole, faster way than Manchester).
- He's arrested by the same agent (and several others). Without ANY reason : he's heading to Liberty sector, not Kusari. And his hold is empty. No contraband nor other restricted goods.
- He's accused to have ignored bretonians laws : "He had fleed" during the previous (first) incident. On this point, our company doesn't agree. Piotr had received AND noticed the warning. What did has to do? To pay a tax? He could, but nothing was reclaimed.
- For a reason we ignore, the agent still holds Piotr, despite he's not heading to Kusari, nor to the Taus. Piotr loses his patience, says bad words and is escorted out of Bretonia. //Then he's called for the dinner and must quickly dock and disconnect.
- End of the second incident.

Piotr knows his part of responsability in the incident, but we consider there is NO reason to ban him from Bretonia if he promises to better study the bretonian laws and speak with more respect to bretonian agents.

As we DON'T carry any restricted material (military vehicles, light arms, black market munitions, gaian wildlife and others) in Bretonia, we consider we can fly safely in your house space. Currently, we import iridium and export vessels hulls pannels between Bretonia and Liberty.

Regards.

We still require this trader and any who work for the company to go here and make an application to trade in Bretonia.
This will mean that you will receive faster and better treatment while trading through our house and you will recieve valuable information regarding policies and how to comply with our laws, (no cost is involved).
This is to make sure that your employee shall not make the mistake of flying through dangerous areas again.
