The IMG does not support violence against kruger minerals, the ICMG is a separate chapter of the guild, and as such, are responsible for their own actions. the IMG does not defend pilots who break rheinland law.
However, I find your desire to press the matter further un-satisfactory, given that the pilot involved has apologized, and been fired. If your intentions are indeed to profitably mine in the omegas, I suggest not attempting to involve the Independent Miners Guild when it has no part in this incident.
