This is Chujo Hajime Kitao speaking. I come to you today regarding a small incident involving what is quite possibly a rogue Liberty Battlecruiser captain. You may know his ship to be oddly named as "Neo1991".

I shall let the evidence speak for itself:

The most concerning thing here, is that he stated intentions to do it again. On behalf of the Kusari Naval Forces, I formally request you prevent him from retaining his captaincy for the remainder of his life.

Notably, the Akagi was recently in Liberty itself. On both journeys, to Connecticut and back to Kusari, the LPI- were present to render escort and provide permission to pass through. Officer Joe Sprinks may be able to recall this behemoth passing through your lands.

Thankyou for your time.

Mr Kitao,

I'll pass this along to High Command through a cheery Commodore Robinson, although I'm sure they'll agree with my sentiment below.

If I so much as see this captain flying about on my shift, he may need to put his XO in charge as they high-tail it back to Norfolk Shipyard because he'll be temporarily tone-deaf from my explicit orders reaching him at a volume much higher than he's use to.
