4: You may not mount and type of offensive weapons, Such weapons being defines as Mine Launchers, Missile Launchers, any beam weapon designed to do more Shield Damage than hull Damage. Nor may you carry more than 3 Shield Batteries and 3 Nanobots.
5: You may not mount any shield greater than Class 1 .
6: You may not leave the New York System.
