Comm ID: Secretary David Grigori, ICMG
Subject: Message Dump

Alright then, this should be fairly straightforward. This is the NEW ICMG message dump. With the total reorganization of the Guild, purging of inactive members, etc etc, it seems only logical that we have a new central communications hub as well. I've set aside a large computer hub on Freistadt to host all of this, so no more random downtime, like our old setup on Dounby. Here are some quick guidelines.
What goes in here: Reports of kills, reports of very successful mining ops, trading ops, contact with our allies, that sort of thing. What does not go in here: Pretty much anything else.
For a brighter future for all of us, and for Sirius! Secretary David Grigori signing off.

Subject: KOS List

The ICMG now has a Kill-on-Sight list. These are people that have done nothing but wrong us continually, and need to be exterminated, for the benefit of the Guild and Sirius as a whole. Current list includes:

<strike>PRIORITY TARGETS: All ships tagged with LaBrise. The LaBrise family has done nothing but aggravate us and kill miners. Destroy them.</strike> *SUSPENDED, DO NOT ATTACK UNLESS IN RANGE OF DOUNBY*
All Outcast vessels tagged [101st]
All Outcast gunboats without a tag marking them as belonging to a specific Outcast group (independents, ie, the MNS-Rosario)
Any and all Unione Corse ID'd or IFF'd vessels.
Our old enemies, the [Cartel], though they aren't around much anymore.
The Corsairs, specifically the gunboat "Fausto"
The independent outcast "Lick.A.Brick"
The Mandalorian Mercenaries - identified with the tag "MM~ " in their callsigns

In the future, when the Guild's resources increase, friends of the ICMG MAY be able to collect a bounty on these individuals.

:::Subject: Gallic movements:::

Greetings comrades, recently we've had several encounters with two different Gallic groups. The Brigands with an ID tag reading "+LE+", and another group known as the "LaBrise". The "+LE+" have shown no hostile intentions and are not to be confused with the belligerent LaBrise, who have been caught red handed exploiting miners.

The LaBrise in Orkney are to be shot on sight so long as they are on the tau 23 jump hole side of the gas giant Sanday or within the asteroid field where Dounby is located. They are Criminals and should be shown no mercy, as they show no mercy to honest miners making a hard earned living.

The Brigands known as "+LE+" are not to be engaged unless caught preforming an illegal act, or endangering the well being of our allies.

Comrades! this day will be remembered for generations to come! Victory is the word we will speak as we reminisce about the day we took the fight to Malta.

The Maltese dogs have been dealt a crippling blow to their navy, by a joint task force of Colonial Republic, IMG, ICMG, and the Bounty Hunters' Guild fighters and bombers.
http://img85.imageshack.us/img85/8466/screen922.png

The ICMG assembled a force of bombers and fighters and joined the ranks off the Remnant as the initial charge began. When our force reached alpha we assembled with a group of Bounty Hunters at the wreck of the Hispania.

http://img508.imageshack.us/img508/1072/screen935.png
After our forces combined we then assaulted the outcast shipyard orbiting Malta. After sinking several cruisers with our overwhelming forces and swift surprise attack, we moved onto a formation of Maltese dreadnoughts.
http://img148.imageshack.us/f/screen941.png/

with no ICMG casualties and only minimal losses to our allies we managed to sink two ships in the name of our glorious People, however many more were sank by the might of the Colonial Republic, the IMG, and the Bounty Hunters' Guild.

Congratulations to the brave men and women of the ICMG, and to those allies we lost, you will never be forgotten.

:::Subject: another encounter with the LaBrise becomes hostile:::

After dispatching a bomber aligned with the union course (//interdependent) we received transmissions from Orkney stating of Labrises' presence, I reentered the Lazurite and turned her around from Java to investigate. Long range scanners picked up at least 4 ships in Orkney, three of which were bombers (confirmed on short range scanners).

After confronting three of their bombers and informing them, we will NOT leave our home at Dounby, the Lollingite, Lazurite, and a IMG independent pilot "*JMC*Pickaxe" started moving to the tau 23 jumphole, and almost immediately we were met by assault from the LaBrise, resulting in decisive victory for the ICMG. destroying two ship almost immediately within the first 10 seconds of battle

ID CONFIRMED: General Secretary Kai Schieffen
LOCATION CONFIRMED: OMEGA 11

Greetings mein Comrades!

Much has happened in the previous days which must be reported.

Our expansion into the Omegas is now a reality. As we speak, our great colony ships are being fueled and armed for the voyage!
The core of the ICMG shall embark to subdue the volatile region known as the Omegas for our glorious cause!
Our collective might will reap the vast bounties of the Omegas for the good of all mankind!

To that end, there are several issues to address with regards to our diplomacy:

Firstly, in conjunction with the Colonial Republic, which has been our ally in the fight against the Outcasts in the Taus, the ICMG has begun organizing the Unified Tau Fleet. This Unified Tau Fleet is to be a symbol of our solidarity with our Colonial allies - and is open for any volunteers within our fleet to join. Volunteers must tag their vessels accordingly, to the format of : ICMG[UTF-##]Name.

Secondly, upon the arrival of our glorious fleet to the Omegas - we will secure our new found Lebensraum, living space, from the Corsairs. Henceforth, all corsairs, as shameless predators of the labors of the honest working man, are deemed to be enemies of our glorious cause and subject to immediate eviction or termination!

To that end, we have negotiated a mutual non-aggressions pact with the Vagrant Raiders. In exchange for their support in our new war with the Corsairs, the VR are not to be considered enemies of our cause!

That is all for now, stay vigilant, comrades!

:::Subject: Enter the GMS:::

Today we chasing a Brigand bomber pilot who was caught exploiting a miner. The chase began in tau 23 and eventually led to Orkney where we encountered the GMS for the first time.
http://img841.imageshack.us/img841/2493/screen957.png
Our initial contact proved hostile. After battling for awhile and dispatching a LaBrise transport http://img52.imageshack.us/img52/9770/screen958.png, our groups called truce and began negotiating.

the GMS or Gallic metal service are also miners who share the troubles and strife of the ICMG. However the source of the fighting remains unknown we have concluded the GMS are not a threat, to the contrary they may prove allies in the future. the Group I made contact with were only a group of independents, however they have a semi-organized structure and we may open negotiations in the near future.

To: ICGM Headquarters
From: Sy Necro
Subject: Tau-23 Mining Report
Sy Necro here, I am submitting my weekly activities in tau-23. My crews and I successfully drilled 9000 tonnes of niobium ore from the upper quad. Our transport delivered 4500 tonnes to New Berlin today. Upon our return we managed a full load of MOX to Dounby. There were little to no hostiles to speak of throughout the week. Give my thanks to the patrols, they seem to be keeping the pirates at bay.

I have a small group of ships. It seems the IT boys fouled up their IFF formats. Anyway they will be changed soon to the following. Two are pictured below.

Sy Necro here, our transport delivered 4500 tonnes of Niobium to New Berlin today.
Upon our return we were called to assist mining operations in Omega-7.
We supported the group by transporting 4500 tonnes of Cobalt to Ingolstadt. Below is a screen of the mining operation.

We had one hostile approach the field, named Black Transport (or something close).
He is a brazen sort however smart enough to keep distance from our well equipped group.
The Kruger miner near by didn't fair as well. I recommend ICGM place a bounty on this vile pilot.
Otherwise a productive morning in the Omegas.

Sy Necro here, we were just in the upper mine field in Tau-23 drilling away for a bit.
Then upon our return we were disrupted by a pirate named "La.Villa.Strangiato".
We payed him 1.5M to move along safely. So here's another one for the bounty board.
I highly recommend we place a bounty on this one as he is equipped well in a Rogue GB.
Vid captures below.
