Hello. This is to the Hogosha (|) Leader. I'm asking permission to fly the Black Dragon VHF as an IMG. Although for RP rules, I will tell others that I am an ex - Hogosha member. And of course the adventures I have had with the Hogosha. To get into more detail I have written a small biography.
The Story About William Pitt
William Pitt was born in 792 A.S in Bretonia, New London. His parents were bretonian as well. William was an only child and was a swift learner among many subjects in school, but they didn't really interest him. News began to become refreshing to acknowledge as he became older.
William's parents, Samson Pitt and Angela Pitt were both workers in the BMM. You might think about that they did a lot of mining or hauling. But actually they had more of a ''office job''. Or you could say it is an office job, with a lot of paper works. They wanted the company to continue flourishing as long as it could.
When William was fourteen years old he moved along with his parents to Kusari space. His parents were astonished about the wonderful culture in Kusari. Moving became a little problem for William, as he had to say goodbye to his friends and had to realize he may never see them again.
So onward they left from Bretonia space to Kusari space. They settled on New Tokyo planet. Samson and Angela became workers for the Samura Industries. William went on a special school where he didn't need to learn the Kusari language. Instead he continued with the ''fantastic'' bretonian language, or ''the common language'' as it's being used all over Sirius.
One month after William became seventeen years old, his parents was shot by pirates. His parents had begun hauling jobs for the Samura Industries together, and both of them were stopped by three pirate ships, one bomber ship and two freighter ships. The pirates boarded William's parents' ship and took whatever cargo they had. The boarded ship had cameras on the wall so it could identify whatever happened inside the ship, so long it didn't get blown to bits and pieces. Angela panicked and created too much tension. Therefore the pirates shot both Samson and Angela.
When William learned of this tragic news, he became shocked. The facts were told that murderers were Outcast pirates. And none of them were able to be identified, but their crimes remained at Kusari Naval Police to judge their crimes if ever caught.
After the tragic event, William lived alone. He didn't want to get adopted, so he began living alone. He had no job, but he was recruited as a mercenary for diverse mafia bosses and corporation leaders in Planet New Tokyo. William never knew how to use a gun, but at some places where he was hired he was allowed practice. He was paid decently enough to keep a living.
William did remarkable improvements for each mission he was recruited for. Several of the missions William participated in made him more merciless. He had a talent in every mission he did, but he always dreamed to leave the planet and fly his own ship in space. To be able to witness everything in space, and see it's beuity. William did not want to stay on the planet doing missions till he was dead, and it never amused him being hooked to planet. No one wanted to help William to fly a ship, and give him one.
When William was nineteen years old, ten days before his birthday, a Hogosha member had heard of William and began to search for this skillful mercenary. Three days later he found him, and contacted him straight away. Having a decent conversation with William, William confirmed to him to join the Hogosha. This was William's one way to become what he dreamed to do. Fly away from Planet New Tokyo and start his new life. Still the hatred in his heart upon the Outcast pirates was still burning. If he would ever be able to catch them and kill them, he would be more than satisfied.
William was flown to Kabukicho Depot to get a tutorial on how to fly a ship. By one month he became able to fully fly a ship alone. He had tried different ships, like the Gladiator, Starblazer and Eagle, but the Black Dragon suited best for him. As it also became a favorite ship as he tried more and more ships. He still required a lot of practice. Upon joining the Hogosha he made himself a codename: Scyle.
Five years have passed and William was doing quite well in Hogosha. Flying a Black Dragon, he was quite happy but it began to grow tired. William learned a lot that the Outcast was a primary threat to citizens in every space. Many times he thought of joining the Corsairs, but did he really want to die as a pirate? Fumbling around and looking for factions he finally fully learned of the Independent Miners Guild. He learned that the IMG was a faction that was fighting the Outcast and this was something he would participate in. William seemed to look up on the IMG and wanted to support them.
After five months of his ''discovery'', he left the Hogosha, but he is still sworn to them and will never think of deceiving them'¦
