Mr Jaika,

As you may already know if you've read the Liberty Law Charter, any foreign ships of class cruiser and above are not permitted into Liberty - Extraordinary circumstances excepted.
Law of the Republic of Liberty - Section III, Part Five Wrote:V. Foreign Warships.

No warships except those in service within the ranks of the Liberty forces are permitted within the house of Liberty. Warships are classed as any ship of destroyer, cruiser, or larger. This includes the Corvo Cruiser, a ship famous for its research and reconnaissance capabilities.

However, permission can be obtained from the ranking primary fleet officer on duty present for warships of these classes to enter Liberty space. Where possible, these ships will be given an armed escort during their trip through Liberty space. Some reasons for this permission being given may be:

- Diplomatic talks with the government of Liberty or a corporation based within Liberty.
- The warship in question needing urgent repairs or resupply.
- Flight through Liberty to avoid a warzone.

If a ranking officer is not present, entrance into the house of Liberty is denied. Warships found within the house of Liberty without prior permission from a primary fleet officer will be, depending on the conditions, escorted out of the house of Liberty or boarded and diverted to moor on Norfolk shipyard in New York. If additional security is required due to the nature of the ship, it will be relocated to San Jacinto station in Virginia. Any resistance will result in the warship being destroyed.

Permission can only be granted by a member of the primary fleet.

Permanent clearance for foreign warships to operate in the house of Liberty is not available.
However, if you're flying a gunboat or below, you're more than welcome in Liberty.

Actually the Abydos is a modified Aquilon class carrier, but you hardly can call it as a warship. This is a mobile research station, but as Liberty laws sais it can't enter into Liberty space whitout permission and this is whi i maded this special request. I understand that no bigger ships than a GB is allowed but frequently i must meet whit the station manager of the Ames research station, and report to him personally about our experimental research equipment. This is whi i need that permission, and sometimes we bring a new supplyes of nomad species or thecnology to there so they can study them. Now you know everything about my ship and its task.

Your request will be discussed within the Council of the Rising Sun.
But, just preventing any issue, in Kusari, we declare where's a NFZ or not.

Captain Jaika;

You will have to apply on a case by case basis to any Primary Fleet officer on duty if you wish to enter Liberty. Permanent clearance is not available. That is exactly what the law says, and that's the way it is staying.

Furthermore, if you are granted access to Liberty, there wont be any such thing as a no-fire-zone within any range of your ship, nor will there be any contraband, such as nomad materials, on board your ship during your stay. Liberty makes the laws in her space, and you, like all those who pass through or reside within the house, will have to respect those laws in deference to your own.

Of course, that is assuming you ever visit this house with a 'station' armed like a battleship.
