Sorry for this dispersed channel, but since the Alliance has disbanded, we don't really know to whom we must talk in this case. Anyway I think it should concern any of you.

I've just seen a pirate harassing some miners in Dublin. Usually I don't take care, but as I was mining too I felt I could be the next one.
This pirate, identified as "Bopy" was using a Zoner Conference gunboat. As far as I know, this is zoner technology, and the technology of a pacifist people should not be used for piracy.

For the story, another gunboat (an Ahoudori this time) with mercenary ID arrived on the place and blowed the pirate in a matter of minute.

Unfortunately I have no more visual evidences of the pirate, but there is the conversation related to the event :

As I say, piracy in Dublin is so usual that I don't really care anymore. But wrong technology usage uses to make me nervous. Do what you want with this.

You didn't tell us your identity, so we don't even know who you are.

For your information, this channel was adressed to zoner officials; so you shouldn't have access to this. If you use to enter like this on communications not adressed to you, you'll get some troubles in the future with the authorities (if you're not in trouble yet).

So it will be a pleasure to do this if I see this moron again.
I've noticed that our Bornholm depot also produced this gunboat. I don't really understand why, since I've never seen any Junker using it.

Yes, it is troubling that with no real central Zoner body to regulate our equipment that this is happening, people choosing to use our ships and guns for purposes that they were not intended BUT that is what some people wanted, the failure of that former central body.
Mr. Watson, I am sorry for this incident as you are one of a few who seems to care how our equipment gets used. Maybe, as these incidents continue to occur, those who sought failure of that former Zoner governing body may realize that it was there for a purpose.

In the meanwhile, we will keep an eye out for this "Bopy."
