We have a policy of not distributing our technology to house militaries. The Guild wishes to remain neutral in all House conflicts. To do so, we cannot have our weapons and ships being used in armed conflict between house militaries. You must understand that if military ships are being destroyed by Guild weaponry, this will reflect upon us. And we cannot allow that to happen.
