If the administrator of Freeport 11 could get in touch, that would be swell. In the likely event that no such person exists, I will be happy to speak to whoever has authority over the Freeport's long-range sensor nets.
Yours,

Dear Miss Benitez,
the current administrator of Freeport 11 is Marvin Ophelia. We have relayed your message, but we still cannot tell you when he is going to answer. If the matter is very urgent one of us can try to take care of it.
Best regards,
The Omicroners

Senor Honorable Administrator Marvin James Orphelia,
As you are no doubt aware, Freeport 11 and Yaren both have a shared interest in Nauru iridium. We mine the ore, and you sell it on; it is a nice arrangement. Recently the amount of Corsair shipping coming under attack while making the journey from Yaren to the Freeport has become a point of concern. Only last week we lost two transports with all hands, as well as thousands of tons of ore.
Nomads are my problem - and yours too, I expect. They seem drawn to the iridium like moths to a flame. It took years to establish a human presence in this system, and I'll be damned if I'm going to let them take one inch of it back.
In the meantime I will be stepping up the fighter escorts, but this is only a short-term solution. I have a proposal for the long term - combining Freeport 11 and Yaren's scanner telemetry. Effectively doubling the range of both our stations, it would provide the vital extra time required to deal with the threat appropriately.
Of course, I am not asking you to turn over your sensor arrays in order for us to better hunt down and eliminate our various and numerous enemies. Jeopardizing your Freeport's integrity is the last thing on my mind. Only information on confirmed Nomad vessels would be shared - it is not much, but it is better than nothing.
This system would benefit Zoner transports as much as Corsair. Consider it.
