I have just received distressing news. News that forces me to act, otherwise I would not take up your time like this.

To sum up : One of our Specialised hazardous material transports, carrying Nuclear Devices, was stopped in Kusari, treated like a criminal, and forced to dump this lethal cargo.

Some points I would like to highlight before we begin this discussion.
1) ALG are the only suppliers of Nuclear Devices, and the only group capable of safely transporting these items.
2) These items are irreplaceable. No other technology will supplement them.

So- to the discussion.

We, having examined the small print of Kusari Laws have noted that Nuclear Devices "Can be transported only by Samura and Kishiro", This was a shock to us as we had not even considered laws such as this would be in existence. This law is strange you see, since we as the only producers of these items do not sell them to Samura or Kishiro; that would be irresponsible as they do not have the correct transports for the job.

During the interaction, between no less than 3 KNF vessels and our transport, it was explained that we would be able to transport these items to their intended destination as long as we didn't go through Kusari. (In this case the destination was Stokes Mining station in Leeds- a KNF base. The transport had stopped to request an escort there)

Let us consider that statement- that leaves either routes via Liberty, which are impossible for many obvious reasons, OR routes via Bretonia.

Bretonia is, just as you yourselves are, keen to acquire these nuclear devices in order to power their ships also. If , as your own pilot suggests, we must go via Bretonia in order to supply Kusari stations and ships, then we will be forced to sell only to Bretonia- as their own forces are not stupid enough to allow us to supply Kusari via their own space.

We have always been keen to maintain good relations with Kusari, and we do not want this incident to sour that. We do however request that this law be changed as soon as possible, such that we are able to supply Kusari, via Kusari.

That being said, if you have any alternative suggestions, we would of course be keen to hear them.

I am one of the members who have stopped ALG ships.
At the beginning, to be a little clearer, ALG ships stopped in Kyushu, near Battleship Nagumo,
scanning cargo space, it was determined that a ship loaded Nuclear Devices.
We know that the ALG specializes in the transport of dangerous goods, and to have free passage through the Kusari and respect this.
But also we know that both fighters,my and Kokori-san Chimaera,
suffered as much damage and are not able to provide adequate protection to ALG ship.
Not wanting the cargo to fall into the wrong hands, painless and secure at the moment was to be cargo deliver to the Battleship Nagumo.

Gentlemen, As you know, nuclear devices is not a food, its a dangerous cargo, a deadly cargo.

As an officer of Naval Forces, I would not dare allow this cargo runs cross my area of responsibility without protection.One ship, however he was shielded, are easy target for terrorists.Tau 29 and Tau 31 were constant attacks zones of terrorist organizations such as Outcast, who that day were very active.
In the spirit of all this, a logical move was to ensure the security of cargo and my people.

Do you think we are morons ? This comment was insulting, and un-necessary. We hope that this not representative of general feeling towards the ALG in Kusari.

However. We are glad to hear your first hand report, and are happy that this incident was resolved properly and mostly calmly. However, my point was more around the issue it highlighted- that of Kusari Law.

We still wish to hear the wisdom of KNF High Command, or the Kusari Government, as to possible solutions.

The Government of Kusari is willing to re-evaluate our current regulations regarding transport of Nuclear Devices. Though, as we see Kusari and Rhienland as friends, and Kusari and ALG as friends. As friends we should be trying to make sure the other has what they need and are as successful as possible. Something that has become a problem for Kusari is the current Rhienland regulations regarding the transport of Military Vehicles. These regulations are very problematic for our logistics officers, and we would ask that you use the sway you have with Rhienland government to aid us in coming to a beneficial solution in this area. We look forward to further discussions on this matter.
