Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Gabriel Westfall, Captain of the Crystal Comet, known criminal and smuggler within Liberty controlled space. Over the past two days I have smuggled several large cardamine shipments into the heart of Liberty space.

Before you delete this message, please regard my offer. The embargo that Kusari has enacted on Liberty will starve you of precious wartime resources like H-Fuel. Being Liberty born, I have no desire to see the people I call my own lose to the Rheinlanders because of a fuel embargo. I am willing to give up the dangerous and illegal cardamine smuggling trade to instead seek official or unofficial employment acquiring H-Fuel for the Liberty Navy.

You can trust that my work will be discreet. In my recent blitz of smuggling into Liberty, I have evaded multiple Navy ships on two occasions, and have yet to be detained. My crew and I have extensive knowledge of unlawful bases and jump hole networks that will allow us to move out of sight of Kusari or Rheinland naval forces. You can ask the Navy pilots involved, and you will know myself and my team are fully capable of discreet operations and evasion.

What I ask in return is simple:

-A small stipend to cover the cost of H-Fuel or other desired materiel purchased or otherwise acquired. This can be negotiated.
-An additional small stipend for each completed delivery of H-Fuel or other desired materiel to cover the cost of living expenses and costs incurred during the journey. This can be negotiated.
-My crew, my escorts (Avery Sykes, Angel Vargas) and myself to be pardoned of all crimes related to our recent rash of contraband smuggling. This cannot be negotiated and must be shown in writing with appropriate signatures and stamps.

Again, this is in exchange for:

-Following the command of the Liberty Navy in terms of logistical requirements, from the bizarre to the mundane.
-Discreet operation in terms of logistical operations mentioned above.
-Ceasing all cardamine smuggling while employed, officially or unofficially for the Liberty Navy.

If these terms are acceptable, our large shipments of cardamine into the heart of Liberty will cease. Surely you can see the benefit in this partnership, as not only do you no longer have to dedicate extra combat-able ships in an attempt to stop the smuggling during a time of war, but you will acquire a reliable source of vital war materiel.
