Pacifica was not too bad a place to live, alittle cramped and the sounds of the old Germanic language all around you, still in his small room which was little more than a closet like many of the other 'quarters', Peter had enough, a small table with a lamp on it, a weathered-looking book with a pen ontop of it, the lamp providing enough light to see, his bed took up most of the rest of the space, a small cot, all over the walls were photos of various Liberty Transports, a large X in a reddish colour crossed out several of them.
Peter sat at the desk calmly, brushing a hand through his blonde hair as he began to write once more.
'Chapter I
Liberty: The Super-Highway of the Corporate Masses.
All Roads lead to Liberty, at least that is what the Corporations believe, credits and cargo are always passing through, yet one must wonder where they come from? Where do they go? If one can determine these questions one has a very sharp edge over the common pirate who merely seeks to provide for his own interests and not for the cause.
The corporate transports are the slaves of the Libertonian War Machine, their need for credits will cause them to indirectly fuel the war efforts by the delivery of potential war material to their hands. Yet they do not see how the common man suffers at the hand of war, they do not see the child become an orphan, a wife become a widow, a sibling becoming an only child.
The Super-Highway of Sirius yet has it's uses, for with the proper skill, equipment and the nerves, one can liberate from the Corporate Slaves valuable treasures that would only fuel the war, instead one can turn it towards good use. Engine Components can be used to help construct new ships or repair old ones that fight the corruption. Slaves can be freed and some persuaded to join the cause. Alloys traded to allies who can in turn provide armaments to further the cause and safeguard brave fighter pilots as they struggle for freedom.
The Xenos, our northern cousins, however do not see our own corporations at fault, but the outsiders who use this super-highway to fuel their own war efforts, while we cannot fault their ideals they are not entirely correct, yes the influx of foreign goods can harm Liberty, yet our own corporations stand in the core of this black abyss, providing Credits and Goods to be taken from our homeland to distant places, providing incentive for the outsiders to come and sell their cheap and mass-produced goods for a mound of Credits.
The Rogues, they know that the Super-Highway is an opportunity, however they have strayed from the path that would lead us to freedom and instead pursue their own greed in hopes of filling a void in their souls that may never be filled in this life. They indulge in the foul chemical that destroys our House from the inside out, take women and children and sell them to the same fools who seek to poison us all...But do not have anger towards these poor lost souls, pity them, for they will never be truly free.
The Lane Hackers, former dogs of the Corporation Ageria, however they have broken off, fled to the west to prey upon shipping and innocent travelers using their former skills as Ageria technicians and scientists, like the Rogues they too have partaken of the poison and are to be pitied, for as intelligent and knowledgeable as they are the Lane Hackers shall never be free and always prey upon those who would use the Super-Highway.
The Patriots, you, my brothers and sisters of the Liberty Revolutionary Front, you alone have kept to the path, we steal only when we must, we combat the mindless drones of the Navy, the Police and the Security Force. We have made allies who would help combat the darkness that poisons our home and help us be truly free and united. We shall not use the corrupted Super-Highway of Liberty, but in fact we shall purge it of it's evil. Go forth and destroy the Corporate slaves as they ship Libertonian and outsider goods, destroy those who would stop you and make you as hollow as they are.
Such is the duty of the Patriot.'
