Common misconception; only a small percentage of Tourette's sufferers have the verbal tic that is commonly seen in the media. Most are physical tics.

I tried to help someone once and got attacked by a bounty hunter in a gunboat. Yes I was in a Bactrian in California. But I told the bounty hunter that I was helping a trader in a Rhino get to Dublin to mine some gold ore and help him get a better ship. The bounty hunter could care less and just kept yelling "die." I think that was the only English word he knew.
