intro

The Aegis is a small group of altruistic Pilots formed by Edward Connor.

The Goals are to defend humanity at all costs.

Some of their goals are similar to the Order ones due to the formers past in the Order.

In contrast to them Aegis does not matter about any diplomatic problems their actions possibly cause.

goals

The maingoal of the Aegis is to defend humanity at all costs - against any threat.

This includes Aliens as well as infected humans.

Also the Aegis will use any aviable force against massmurdering human groups or slavers.

diplomacy

The Aegis currently has no allies.

Aegis only attacks:
-in self defence
-"human threats"
-"human threat" supporting forces
-forces which handicap Aegis by reaching their goals

guardians & custodians

The Aegis only has two different ranks.

Guardians are the common pilots. In case of a fight they have to follow the instructions of a Custodian.

Custodians direct Aegis and handle diplomaticy and recruitment matters.

Born: 17th Feb. 788 A.S. (Planet Los Angeles)

Edward Connor was born in Liberty in 788 A.S.

He dreamed to work for the Navy his whole life but his grades in shool where to bad for West Point.

He dont wanted to become a common pilot so he decided not to do so.

After he left school he worked for DSE as Escortpilot.

Fast DSE saw a big talent in Edward - who was able to handle any sitiuation in his fighter.

In 810 A.S. Edwards convoy jumped in a big battlescene between the Navy and Rouges.

In this fight he shot down more Rouges than any Navypilot was able to.

One of the Officers were impressed of Edwards flightskill and invited him to the Navy.

Fastly he gained higher ranks in the Navy.

In 814 A.S. he got another promotion and was staggered to the Prisonliner Maddox.

He still worked hard under command of Captain Yates.

But he missed his fighter a lot.

In 817 A.S. the Maddox was attack of a unknown terroristic group.

The ship took heavy damage and lost a lot of crewmembers in this fight - also Captain Yates.

Edward flew the Maddox back to Norfolk.

Back home he hoped for another promotion cause of his good services for the Navy.

Just a week later he met Caja Collister.

The navy did not promote him. They took an other person as Captain.

A person with better education. From West Point.

Edward felt sadness. He felt betrayed.

He forgot that fast and worked one day harder than the other day.

In 818 A.S. Edward Connor and Caja Collister fled in a risky mission to Omicron Minor.

Edward did not know Caja is a doubleagent before. But he trusted her for any reason.

And he felt betrayed by the Navy - so there was no reason to stay in Liberty anymore.

In the Order he also worked hard and in his eyes their goals where much more worth to fighting for.

Fast he reached the rank of a Lieutenant in the Primary Fleet.

In January 819 A.S. he reminded his Navytime.

Anything in his head said him the Order are not the right group to go his way.

Together with Caja he went on a party on the Order Osirisclass ship "Neith".

All this Agents where just having fun instead of doin their job.

He looked at Caja. His old feelings came back.

She had the promotion long time ago. Also she brought him here.

Never in his life he was this angry.

He left the party.

In his private Eagle he started flying through sirius to find Pilots with same radical view.
