And Since he can't access to the sub lab five since it's your's lab. Maybe He just drop is some cargo crates there until he finish to install his own lab.

Good day sir....Would like to arrange to have our rental agreement extended another six months. While we are satisfied with the arrangement, there are some security concerns to discuss.

Mainly having to share drinks at the bar with the same people who try and hijack my transports. Maybe you can put in a good word for me with these "Friends" of yours. If it takes some "Grease" to keep my ships safe in Kepler and Colorado, it can be arranged, just let me know the amount.
