We have intercepted another embargo breaker.

This one however refused to drop this cargo despite being informed of the situation and being warned several times. He tried to convince me to sell the cargo at the nearest station but as ordered by the KNF, that is not allowed.
I have also done this in the past and ended up getting lied at.

Ultimately we were forced to take the ship down, because it lead to this end result he is not given a chance to pay a fine and amend his crime. He will instead be marked as a hostile ship inside Kusari Space.

Seems you've established the beginnings of a database, to which I will happily add and hunt down those who have broken the Emperor's decrees. More often than not, when we see an embargo runner, we catch them but those we do not will be placed here. Know that we here at the State Police will use these transponder tags to hunt down and fine or arrest the lawbreakers.

Toru Kondo, I'm grateful to hear that the Kusari State Police are aware of the situation and are focusing some of their assets on this problem. Hopefully an extended cooperation will maximize the embargo enforcement.

We have set-up a data bounty as well to receive the eyes and ears of mercenaries. One of them have recently caught a pilot.
