Afternoon Commodore,
With respects I give you my report of the actions around Battleship Essex, regarding a BMM Pilot: Stu Allen.
Overlooking Evidence Provider; The Respectable Secondary Fleet HMS-Annihilator (Captain - Joshua McTrevor)

Commodore, just outside of Battleship Essex as I undock for a afternoon patrol HMS-Annihilator greeted me with BMM bad behavior and the usage around Essex as standard, and who was to be sat there, Stu Allen
(Doing nothing around 300/500m close to the ship)

In this situation we can both say my actions were questionable regarding shooting a BMM pilot, regardless he was sat there doing nothing within the 3k Range of the Essex.

I give the BMM Pilot Stu Allen a fair few verbal warnings to shoo his ship away from Essex, but as he's stubbornness and what I could only call delusional drug use he insulted me, called me a Spelling Nazi through Verbal Communications and then threatened to shoot me next time he see's me, and o'course been a Naval Officer a challenge is punishable unaccepted.

I give you my evidence following my actions according as you are very aware of said situation, and that I hope that the BMM Leader's will advance on keeping them away from our Military Zone.

I would like to raise a concern for the Bretonian People's safety about the use of Cardamine, because I really wouldn't know how else to describe Stu's actions.

Chemical Research;
Cardamine is a drug that produces an intense sense of euphoria and energy in the user.

It is not illegal for Stu to carry Cardamine however taking it could cause lung cancer and involved death long term use.
