Greetings, Thaddeus.

I am writing to you in regards to the Pennsylvania project I have recently discussed with you. We, as Deep Space Engineering require a way to monitor the traffic in the sector in question, Pennsylvania. Would it be possible to get this information from the trade lane technology currently in Pennsylvania from you, or will additional equipment be required? If so, what would you need from DSE) to ensure the quick installation of this equipment.

We require this information to ensure the trade lanes can cope with the planned influx of transports, this may potentially involve checking each of the links in the trade lanes in question. DSE)'s engineering fleet is not as large as we would have hoped for this task, as finding pilots we trust with this information has proven to be difficult in times of late, so if it was not too much to ask, I would like to request your assistance in this.

I look forward to your response.

Good day, Mrs Doe.

You may not know that there exists certain limited traffic monitoring functions in trade lane systems owned by House governments. The Lanes in Pennsylvania have a direct data feed to the LPI, last time I checked, and involve the Universal Identification System. We are contractually obliged not to disclose such data to anyone, even Deep Space Engineering. However, if you could clarify exactly what you would be looking for, and how it would be used, an alternate device would not be in violation of our previous contract. Unfortunately, our scientists are busy at the moment with a restricted project on a Freeport, and so specialised requests may have to wait some time.

As for the influx of new transports; coincidently it is approaching the time of our regularly scheduled check-up, so doing a thorough evaluation of the Pennsylvania Lanes is far from impossible. Once again, when my people are available, I'll make sure that they get on it straight away.

Kind regards,

Thaddeus Gideon
