The situation is rapidly heating up in Omega-7 now, the IMG is going in to claim the northern fields of the system for themselves and will aggressively enforce that perspective. Of course, we won't let them do that.
Rheinwehr forces from the Regensburg HQ in Munich and the Koblenz HQ in Frankfurt (KG-15, 101, 44, 18, 37, 41) have been re-deployed to Stuttgart, where we'll use the Karlsruhe as a spearhead and FOB for our Omega-7 operations. Vizeadmiral Horst Steiner has been placed in charge of this operation, renamed Unternehmen Lüttich. Further orders and updates will come in from him aboard the Kreuzer Seydlitz.
The task is the following:
IMG Director Degenhardt has announced that IMG and allied (Colonial and ICMG, probably reinforced with Red Hessian and SCRA) forces will be throwing out Rheinländer (or as they said corporate) shipping agents from the upper fields of Omega-7. Due to that fact, any IMG or Colonial vessel you see in Omega-7 is to be disarmed and if necessary, destroyed.
I repeat: Disarm or destroy any IMG or Colonial ship found in Omega-7.
In addition, IMG traffic is now banned from Rheinland. Thus, you are to throw out every IMG shipping agent from Rheinland space and destroy any IMG combat vessel on sight.
The Bundestag is devising a swift resolution to that case, until that happens we're in total war with the IMG and their Allies. Don't disappoint me out there, Soldaten.

We have received information that the Colonial Republic is conducting a full evacuation of civilians from Freistadt. Despite the risk of it being a cover-up for something untold, we have allowed them to do so without being disturbed.
Thus, as long as your see an IMG or Colonial transport packed with refugees, do not engage. Any escort ships or other armed vessels are still valid targets for destruction, of course.

Achtung, Soldaten!
Following a discussion with the IMG directorate, we've agreed on a mutual course of humane treatment in this conflict. Please revise these points in order to minimize collateral damage on both sides.
1) Humane treatment of hostile combatants: While I realize many of you are used to the brutality of the conflict with Liberty, where you have to face the abuse and mistreatment of soldiers on both sides, this conflict is something different. If you capture a hostile pilot or trooper, accept his surrender and take him to Stuttgart, where we're setting up prison facilities to accommodate POWs. If the captive is in need of medical treatment, oblige him. I want no field executions, torture or rape. The Rheinwehr will show a humane face in this conflict and avoid committing any war crimes, I won't have my men stand before court because of serving their homeland.
2) Treatment of civilians and refugees: As previously said, you are to let all refugee / civilian transports pass. Marine ships (ships with personnel and weapons) are valid targets of destruction, but if you can help it, let all civilian transports launching from Freistadt pass to Omega-3 unharmed. If you suspect that the opposing force is abusing this notion, report it. The IMG also agreed to treat our civilian transports as neutral entities, report if they change that approach as well.
3) Treatment of infrastructure: As you're surely aware, the majority of the Omega-7 infrastructure is the work and money of Rheinland. Try not to damage any trade lanes, stationary mining ships, jump gates or stations.
4) Regulation on weapons of mass destruction: We are to exclude any weapons of mass destruction from this conflict, which means no gas attacks, nuke bombings (except for mines), kamikaze attacks, microwave attacks or flamethrowers. This is to minimize collateral damage and pain endurance.
Abide these regulations and the press will be off our backs, it'll be also more pleasant to shake hands with the IMG once this conflict is over... if any of them survive, that is.
