Today I come to you with a humble request. The times in the Kusari are heavy and the recent war we've found ourself in a dire need of a light fighter support crafts. When it comes to life of our members the Kusari technology is the only thing, we have trust in.

Therefore I would like to ask you for permission to supply ourselfs with five (5) Wyrm light fighters. The Society indeed understands that there are certain expenditures on these fine ships and thus we offer to transfer 50 000 000 Sirius credits to Kusari State Police. Apart from that we can asure you that those vessels will be used in defense of the Kusari sovereign space.

Konbanwa Kumicho Ayaka, high-command has decided to assign use of Five J7P-34 Kusari Light Fighter craft to the Black Dragon Society.
There will be a two standard days waiting period, and final touches made at the Matsumoto, where Shōshō Tatsuya Mochizuki will complete transfer of the vessels.
You may send any funds for the war effort to [color=#99FF99][KNF]Heikiko.Maru.
These craft cannot be seen engaged in actions that the Kusari Imperial Navy would not condone.
We entrust these craft to your care knowing that you will uphold the warriors code.

Our hearts are now more calm and happier that we know we will have our lives protected by the best ships from the best. Additionally we have always supported the heavy Kusari war efforts and this is no exception.
