This guy wanted 20 millions, eh? And killed 50 on the 66 crew members who refused to comply with such a dereasonable demand. Honest junkers perished in the explosion of a costly junker barge, who was just heading back to its home system.
20 millions is dereasonable for piracy... but is perfect for a bounty.

- The attack happened in Texas, between Houston and Hudson.
Reward : 2 millions per kill, collectable 10 times. 500k bonus if you remind him about the Junkman's Foundry.
Who may claim :
- Junkers (ID is the only condition)
- Hackers and Rogues : he was pirating on your zone after all. (ID needed, as such as neutral or good stands with junkers).
- Freelancers and Mercenaries : registration needed BEFORE. Neutral or good stands with junkers needed.
