The Minister That Matters the Most.

Born on Cambridge, Johnny Matters was a son of a doctor Barney Matters, a distinguished researcher at Cambridge University, Matter and Antimatter department. As a extremely devoted scientist, doctor Matters would often bring his work home, rarely having any time for his son and his wife, Marion. He had no proper relations with Marion as he had the same with his neglected son. As a result, doctor Barney had a cheating wife and rebellious son who, over the years, became somewhat mentally unstable.
When Johnny turned seventeen his mental state apparently became uncontrolable. On one occasion, after having a serious fight with his father, Johnny stole ID and access card to his father's laboratory without him noticing. Details of this incident were only few years later vaguely confirmed by Bretonian authorities but it is believed that Johnny Matters dangerously handled some of the prototype devices that were in the laboratory. Unintentionally causing the collision of matter and antimatter, Johnny blew up the whole institute and killing sixteen people and seriously wounding seven.
In order to protect his devious son, doctor Barney Matters covered up everything by explaining the authorities that it was everything his own fault. He was soon arrested and charged for seventeen counts of murder of first degree. Several months later Doctor Matters was trialed and executed.
After that everything went downhill to Johnny Matters. His mother remarried and decided to abandon his mentally ill son. Johnny turned to street life, at first begging for a coin and later stealing. It did not take long for him to commit homicide as well and to take himself on the run.
And when being on the run, it is harder for one to survive so Johnny had no choice but to start pirating with his mysteriously acquired ship. It did not take him too long to develop his piloting skills but what is quite ironically more interesting is that he became very deadly in using bomber's anti-matter cannon. He was soon to become one of the deadliest pirates in Omegas, Bretonia and especially Liberty.
One day he found himself on notorious Joker's side, fighting along with him, helping him against a band of Corsairs. The Joker, a man of many jokes and kills, noticed Johnny's skills which made him instantly recruited to, back then, newly formed The Ministry of Ban™.
Since then, Johnny Matters is one of The Ministers. He is a Minister which Matters the most.
