Jesus Christ! I was just passing by Fort Bush and there was a huge firefight. instantly headed for the trade lane dropping Counter Measure was i went and they all confirmed hits. God these pirates are getting bolder. But Liberty is staging its forces somewhere with the coming Liberty-Rhineland war. And so the pirates are moving in, this will make work so much harder now. Made it to Fort Severn. Unloaded my cargo. And it I've secured a deal with the Navy and the Texas BHG. i am to transport the "cargo" from Severn back to Texas. Anyway I'm taking off but with this deal I'm one step closer to moving up in this universe. Actually with a few more runs like this i should have more than enough. I have the data for Barrier Gate Station now. its a Freelancer Base, never knew they had one but anyway I've been hooked up with a deal for a old Firefly. It need some work she should be fine. Ive been considering hiring a crew, i don't know yet. If i were to get a Liberty Super Freighter you pretty much have to. But I'm still. in a small Cargo hauler. But for now. I raise a drink to the universe. End Log.

I got the Firefly, man i love it. now many people appreciate this class but there's a saying, "they don't make them like they used to." now i know what that truly means. after my initial repair back at barrier gate the only things left to replace are some of the paneling on the insides. I've also noticed the secret compartment, i may stash some booze in there later if i ever get a chance, i cant stop on the cargo runs because liberty isn't given me a break. there paying for as much as i can carry and now i can carry allot. that nice apartment on Los Angeles is looking very nice right about now. Im on Denver now. Lost an Entire shipment due to pirates, lets just say they are not happy but they pay me to transport the goods not protect them with my life, i just started this journal and i intend on making it as long as possible. and now im down 9 million credits, looks like vacation plans are in order. the navy is at least recognizing the hard work ive been putting in and is giving me an unpaid vacation. i might head off to Kusari space last time i was there it seemed nice, hell maybe a Orbital S&C planet. anywhere will do. ill buy a nice armored transport. but ive got time to spare. im sure as hell staying out of Rhineland and Bretonia, im supposed to be going on holiday and those have got to be the most dreariest places ever, rain, doom and gloom seem to be the general opinion of those places. But the Wessen & Smith laser handgun i bought off Texas seems a valuable purchase. Also ive hired a crew, i cant fly the ship and repair it at the same time anyway. End Log.

Its been a few days since the Rhienland Military started shooting. My mate Clarkie who works in the L.P.I who responded to assistance needed call by the navy. He sent me the gun cam and audio recordings for safe keeping's in a secret section of my ship. i compared there fleet position to jump holes i know of in Texas. i saw at least 5-6 Rhienland capital ships in the moment he came out of the trade lane. both sides sent their best. the liberty navy took out their capital ships and only lost one of theirs, i didn't see which one and the liberty government isn't saying which one and isn't yet listing the dead. the fighter were the real problems. they shot down civilians like flies. the Rhienland fighters were vicious, they took out a few navy pilots but they were overcome by the resilience, determination, and out manning. I've reminded the crew to never piss off the navy. the last ship that Clarkie saw taken out was a Rhienland gunboat that came in as reinforcements but was very quickly taken out. some of the debris hit Clarkie and took out his liberators port fin according to the warning lights from the computer logs and the fact you could see it from the spin it sent him in. always remember when in a roll fire maneuvering thrusters in the opposite the roll is going. damaged he brought the fighter to Houston. that's were we met up. my ship was offloading military vehicles as my personal part for the lead up for the war. no statement yet by the liberty government. but its bad since the attack came. 80% percent of the Texas population are descendants from or are or used to be criminals and some of them are getting jumpy. A bunch of psychopaths tried to steal my ship, with my crew who are which armed. i had to shoot one of them, he was holding a gun to one of my crew so i reacted. also one of the laws that's been instituted on Texas for years is the CASTLE law. it say you can shoot and/or kill some one who is trying to steal your property or invade your home, also i wasn't going to let him do some shooting aboard my ship. I've run a few relief runs to Texas in my ship. now were in Bretonia. I'm expanding my field of business and staying out of the line of fire a while. I'm expecting liberty to make a counter-strike soon. made a VERY short stop at New Berlin dropping some off some civilian grade robotic components. i got out of there VERY fast. my next stop is at Denver, I've bought a nice place for me and my crew when we need to cool off. anyway I'm sick of the rain in Bretonia so were outta here. ill make a log when ever i can.

I haven't been sticking to my goal of making more posts but Ive been seriously busy making cargo runs in new Hampshire also know as first defense line against Rhienland, run into a little trouble here and there as the route i take is often patrolled by liberty rouge gunboats, Rhienland Military "Wraith" fighters, but as a good part Liberty has a few battleships around. with the profit margins I'm seeing its definitely worth the risk as I'm now expanding out Haphestus Operations. Haphestus is now Haphestus Freighter, and is now a Mastodon Libertonian Transport which is the size of a small Cruiser, only one turret but it makes up for it armor, and Ive had to start commissioning escorts in the event of pirates and Rhienland Military and about expanding operations Ive bought and crewed a T-833-GB Ahoudori Kusari explorer. Technically its a gunboat but its so old, they were first commissioned in 490 A.S and its job was to survey systems for the Kusari empire but now because of new technology and new designs the model has been phased out by the Kusari military and the remaining that have been decommissioned have mostly been bought by the Kusari Corporations. they retrofitted them and brought the old things up to today's standards with better shields and power core. Anyway my one is called the "Kobe with wings". the name Ive chosen for it goes back way before the Exodus. Kobe is a place from Japan, Earth. it was mostly known for its world grade purebred Kobe beef. they fed and massaged the cows till they were ready to be slaughtered for food. it was considered a high class deliquesce as they were much more expensive than a normal person could buy, and the "with Wings" part comes from a old Earth saying when pigs fly so i thought Cows with wings, Kobe seemed to fit better to where its origins and names sake. its a part of Haphestus Operations and under my ownership. next purchase plans are for a Enterprise class Luxury Liner a Hegemon class Miner as well numerous Escorts. but things are looking up from a month ago Ive gone from crappy old G.M.G ship that smelled like somethings died in the hold to a brand new super freighter and loving it. also Ive had to hire about a crew of about a hundred to service and and maintain the Haphestus and Kobe with Wings, which has also recorded its first kill, it shot and took down a Liberty Rouge Gunboat in Minnesota along with its wolfhound escorts.
