Background

Born in the minds of the greatest scientists of the Order while on board the Carthage, Thebes was the most important vessel the Order ever made. Twice the size of the mighty Inquisitor, the Horus-Class Assault Dreadnought was top priority. Refits, overhauls, and drydocked ships in for their required maintenance. The Sacrifice of the Order in the construction of the Thebes was great, but it was finished. Just in time, as it were. The Thebes had not been combat-tried when the Battle for Minor began, and Command deemed it too risky to put it into the fight. It held position in Omicron 100, and eventually proved pivotal for the rescue of Order remnants retreating from Toledo.

Boasting the most powerful weapons, ranging from the Ninth Generation Prototype Heavy Mortar, dubbed the "Isis", to the "Wadjet" specialized armor that made the Thebes the indomitable juggernaut it was. It was the savior of the Svizra and Oathkeeper.

The blind jump into Omicron Mu tested the experimental drive core severely, eventually leading to a massive malfunction that left the ship immobile. It was an experimental affair by the Order to enable the ship to make near instantaneous long range jumps using nomad technology. Now the ship sits on the far side of the Omicron Mu system, covered by a scaffolding while repair crews work to repair the damage.

The Thebes is one of the largest human warships ever constructed, fit for an assault role. It's main gun, The Isis class Heavy Mortar, is a a higher yield version of conventional mortars, delivering more impact per shot. Supplementing it are the twin Osiris class spitfire Mortars. The twins are a derivation of technology tried on the Isis with it's Light Mortar. A hundred projectiles sit ready within the Thebes. When in battle, spitfires can spit two light mortars out every 0.3 seconds, making them ideal for targeting smaller capital ships.

The two-thousand strong crew on Thebes is mainly composed of Engineers at this time, as the ship is not combat ready. However, in full readiness the ship requires a similar crew to handle all core processes, and in an emergency can carry far more civilians. All this, coupled with the jump drive able to move multiple Osiris class vessels with it makes the Thebes fairly formidable, and the flagship and pride of The Order.

"The Thebes is our answer to Harbinger. When the final battles come, this ship will end it."

~Tawaret,Ex- CO of the Thebes.

"I helped create Thebes, and while I may not be seen as a true officer, I will one day command Thebes. For on that day, the Order will once again be protected by a hand of God. And that name shall again be emblazoned across the bow. And the Nomads will know fear, at the very mention of the name Thebes."

~Rika "The Kid" Hunter, one designer and "mascot" of the Thebes

Background

Commissioned shortly after the Svizra, the Oathkeeper, originially dubbed the Akhenatan-Ra, was plagued with problems the entire way. Having been slated for use in the Order's clandestine "Wedjat" Division, the Oathkeeper underwent massive internal changes. These changes continually set back the entire production of the ship, nearly scrapping it, before Jeremy Hunter and his family stepped in and took over the development.

Dubbing it Oathkeeper, the Hunter Family molded the vessel into a hyrbrid of Black Ops and Heavy Support; carrying specialized facilities for Black Operations; Upgraded with Electronic and Cyberwarfare suites, a modified hanger near the back of the vessel to house prototype ships (Including one of the early Onuris Class Light Fighters, dubbed the Seth) and the most unusual addition, a small park in the core of the vessel dubbed "The Sanctuary", the Oathkeeper was also armed with upgraded weaponry to assist in heavy assaults.

At first placed at Toledo, the Oathkeeper was sent to Bretonia to observe the Nomad City and provide logistical support in the form of Electronic and Cyberwarfare. It was rotated back to Minor a week before the Battle, and is one of the few Osirises that managed to escape. The Oathkeeper was one of three Osirises that managed to dock on the massive Thebes and escape to Mu, where it was transfered back to Sicca Shipyard to undergo repairs. Once the repairs were complete, it moved back to Mu and served as sentinel for Planet Akabat.

After the Oathkeeper's final refit at Sicca Shipyard, it responded to the growing threat of the Nomads in the Republic of Liberty. Already preceded by the vanguards squadron, Vizier, and the Interception Wing, Iset, the Oathkeeper moves to strengthen the area, and begin to reinforce those who call the Order allies in their fight, to ensure another Nomad War comes out with humans, once again standing in victory.

"I may not be the best agent, and the Oathkeeper may not be the most respected of ships, but every day we go off, we go off with the same determination as anyone. The Oathkeeper and I have proven that no matter your appearance, nor your past, will ever hold you back from doing what is right."

~Jeremy Hunter

Background

The oldest vessel in the entire Order, the Battleship Osiris has weathered the storm of battle from Liberty to the Omicrons. The old flagship of the Order and a commanding presence on the battlefield, the Osiris has a short birth and a long history. Created in secret within the Alaska System by the Liberty Navy and Liberty Security Force, it's creation was sparked by the secret Order of Cincinnatus. It barely reached completion, however, when one of the members of the Order of Cincinnatus, Caspar Orillion, gathered a band of followers and stole the Osiris, disappearing into the deeper Omicrons, never to be seen again.

Until the Osiris decloaked within Rheinland space, unleashing the righteous fury of the Order into the Battleship Odin, resulting in the warship being fatally crippled. From there it is learned that the Osiris had utilized it's prototype cloaking system to commence surgical strikes, being the mobile base of operations for the duration of the Nomad War. It alone led Gamma Wing to the far end of the Omicron Minor system, causing a distraction that gave Orillion time to lead a last-ditched attempt on the Nomad Homeworld, the Dyson Sphere of Omicron Major.

Years later, retired from the role of Flagship, the Osiris served as one of the sentinels of the then-named Evora Shipyard in Omicron 100, It remained there for years, until the Battle of Toledo. Engaging it's mighty engines, the Osiris joined the Svizra, Seti's Pride, and Arsephes in an attempt to give the Thebes a foothold. Marginally successful, the Osiris was nearly destroyed when the Nomad fleet arrived. As it's sister ship, the Isis, was torn asunder, the Thebes gave covering fire as the Osiris, Svizra, and Oathkeeper moved in for an emergency hypergate to the Omicron Mu system.

Once in Mu, the Osiris was the first ship put into drydock. Heavily damaged and near falling apart, Evora worked tirelessly in an overloaded Drydock above capacity, until finally the Osiris was launched in record time four months later. Followed by the Svizra, and finally the Oathkeeper, the Osiris was deployed to the Omicron Theatre with the Svizra, where it and the Svizra deployed their battlegroups to Omicron Minor and Omicron Zeta during Operation: Spear. Covering the flanks, the Osiris saw little combat in the Minor Graveyard.

During the Delta Crisis, the Osiris and Svizra both were deployed to Dabadoru Station, where they coordinated with the Battleship Apophis in anti-Core operations during the Core-Zoner Conflict. The Osiris led the initial fight, where it was disabled, nearly destroyed if not for the overzealous Core thinking it was destroyed. Managing to hang on until the Canaan recovered it, the Osiris was re-deployed to Mu for home defense afterwords, leaving the Svizra to lead the Order battlegroups within Delta.

Having taken part in the Fall of Minor and being one of only three Osirises to escape the battle intact. Spending months in drydock, it was the second Osiris to be released to active duty, following the Osiris itself. Currently serving in the Second Battlegroup - Homeworld. Background

Reconnaissance is imperative to any constructive efforts of particular means towards any organisation, remarkably the Order Overwatch. Constant information concerning hostile activities opens additional space before deciding upon initiating an operation. There is a high necessity to produce highly advanced warships that can withstand hazardous environments, remain concealed from spying devices and the eyes of unsought entities. Therefore, this is a perfect instance where high-technology plays an essential part. The Aleppo is another freshly constructed "Osiris CV-1" class Battleship; precisely, it was built in 826 A.S. at the Fort Carthage - immediately receiving Eliza Fischer as Aleppo's primary commander, known for being incredibly qualified as an agent. It didn't possess as many high-tech components during the vessel's initial days as it does nowadays, as Eliza didn't anticipate to conduct recon missions outside of the Omicron sector.

As the Order's fleet progressed, whereas Fischer received another Osiris for Home Defence, Fischer had a long-term strategy to dispatch the warship beyond the Omicron region for espionage and sabotage. Being merely an intend, Aleppo served as a heavy assault unit, accountable for eradicating its foes, mainly the Core, who was persistent enough in bothering the Order to drag the battleship's focus. Villains attempted to endanger Taphanhes' status, immediately forcing the organisation to deploy an entire fleet to assault any hostile vessel on its path. The 'Bounty Hunters' obtained assistance from house intelligence agencies to additionally threaten the Order in Delta. Despite their efforts, Aleppo and its battlegroup succeeded to defend Taphanhes and destroy several Core's installations in Omicron Delta and Rho. From these vicious onslaughts, its primary commander - Eliza, didn't later in the future hesitate to dispatch the vessel for surveillance, comprehending its genuine durability.

However, Aleppo continued its operations inside the Order's contested boundaries, converging upon exterminating its common hostiles, such as the Nomads and the Core. Upcoming major operations necessitated for the utmost strength and technology to succeed; therefore, the warship received a significant rework endeavouring to enhance the vessel's framework's entirety, alongside to add pieces of advanced equipment to confront the aliens. Battleship participated in several significant operations - Capetown Showdown and Spear of Anubis. Agents invested substantial effort to achieve victory conclusively. Following days after completion of the events resulted in another swift rework of the battleship, this time, intending to adjust it to perform the most advanced reconnaissance missions. Upon concluding fulfilment in regards to the amendments, its commander without delay, arranged several assignments - essentially concentrating towards organisations having negative ties with the Order, comprising the infested vessels and feasible sympathisers.

Unquestionably, Nomad's influence within the Sirius sector is more remarkable than first envisioned, not to mention a high number of infested vessels wandering the sector. The presence of potentially infested groups that openly cooperate with houses is merely troubling. Aleppo had received an overhaul before finally moving beyond the Omicrons, receiving additional high-technology components, specifically, elements for surveillance and hyperspace breaches. Possession of the Hyperspace breach module allows Aleppo to rapidly return to its homeland in the event of a contingency. Nonetheless, it's relevant to say the vessel has specialised teams for recon missions. Thus, its primary commander can smoothly command the ship from considerable distances. The warship often compiles various internal-reports concerning the status of the vessel and active services, whereas each report is transmitted towards Colonel Fischer. Nowadays, Aleppo performs as a uniquely developed heavy assault unit, managing multiple surveillance duties.

OCV Palmyra

Class: CV-1 Osiris Class
Operational Role: Home Defence/Fleet Coordination
Asset Status: Mobile
Inspace ID: Order|CV-Palmyra
Commanding Officer: Colonel Eliza Isabella Fischer
Executive Officer: Varies

Equipment

Weaponry loadout:
1x "Isis" Prototype-9 Redesigned Heavy Mortar

2x "Horea" Modified Order EMP Flaks
6x "Herald" Heavy-Defense Secondary Turrets

Auxiliary equipment:
1x Specialised OSD "SEPES" CDE-3 Anti-Surveillance Module
1x Highly Specialistic OSD "OSIRIS" HBM-4 Hyperspace Module
2x Modified OSD "NEITH" ODM-1 Docking Module

Background

The Palmyra is a freshly commissioned "Osiris CV-1" class Battleship, notorious for its unprecedented high-technology segments. Such elements introduce an Anti-Surveillance module alongside a Hyperspace component, which serves as the most expeditious way to progress from point A to point B in space, favouring swift compensation in battlegrounds. The Order constructed the vessel in 827 A.S simultaneously when the Overwatch required the most assets to oppose the Nomad and human intimidations in significant operations, including the Capetown showdown and Operation Spear Anubis. Initially, its symbolic name mainly indicates a brave agent that died in a significant operation against the Nomads in 802 A.S. - Agent Palmira Fischer - Mother of Colonel Eliza Isabella Fischer. She expresses equal characteristics as her mother. Therefore, the vessel is serving as Colonel's flagship, safeguarding Order's homeworld.

High focus towards gathering sufficient resources to construct capital ships is imperative nowadays, as hostile forces are developing their influence in the Omicrons. Days are closing when actions are necessary to achieve even the least challenging assignments; needless to say, how many assets are compulsory to conduct essential operations. Fortunately, the organisation has composed enormous amounts of resources, focusing them on warships. Palmyra was not an exception, but rather something unique, built differently in comparison to the previous Osiris versions, with slightly modified technology - to increase efficiency is the suppression of the Order's rivals and threats. Reminiscing Toledo and the bloodshed that nobody could have expected, the wake-up call is solemn. The presence of the sacred Thebes certainly makes matters more comfortable but yet, mysterious. Additional assets might provide more intel alongside specific assurance.

Finally, being commissioned in 827 A.S., there is no sufficient space for recreative activities but mere combat and constant patrol routines. This fresh piece of technology leaves high expectations behind it, leaving Epsilon towards the Omicron Minor to observe Toledo. Nothing but silence and portions of the Planet floating throughout the space could be called a ceremony to reminisce the terrible days, increasing its people's moral. If we have nothing to fight for, it's time to find something to die for - Akabat. Its precious and congenial, friendly nature leaves merely positive affirmations. Palmyra's motto, being indestructible, left many foes stranded in space, remarkably in Operations against the Core and Nomads - Capetown Showdown and Spear of Anubis. It's utilising the upmost of its technology against the Nomads, who undoubtedly possess the most unpredictable technology.

Following participation and victory of the earlier mentioned events, Palmyra immediately fell back towards Fort Carthage for crucial repairs and examinations of its components, rightful for the High-Technology modules' functions. The overall damage wasn't severe. Therefore, it didn't prolong the ship's suspension from service. Upon completing the repairs, the Palmyra promptly returned to accomplish additional duties, mainly targeting to safeguard the organisation from external menaces. Its zone of influence is relatively limited - Omicrons and its borderworlds. However, in case of a major operation outside the mentioned Z.o.I, the vessel should safeguard its homeland until ordered otherwise. The Hyperspace module provides an upper hand for swift acts. The battleship tends to remain hidden from any entities to conduct instantaneous onslaughts as seen fit. This strategy inevitably keeps the vessel stalwart and unpredictable in any case scenario.

Background

The end of 826 A.S has found the Order deployed across the Sirius Sector - from the Edge Worlds, to the border systems of the Taus and Omegas, the Frontier is vast and difficult to patrol against threats to Humanity. With this in mind, the Order Overwatch commissioned a new Osiris-class battleship to assist in expanding their sphere of influence deeper into the Nomad Worlds, acting as yet another deterrent against the Core fanatics and the genocidal Nomads. Needing a commanding officer for this endeavor, they chose to put the task on the shoulders of recently promoted Major William Storgen.

After her launch, the next half year saw the Nekhbet as a mobile command center for number operations against the Nomads and Core within the contested Omicrons. The vessel and it's crew has proven their mettle in numerous engagements across Delta, assaulting both Core expansion facilities and defending stations such as Freeport 11 and Taphanhes Station against multiple hostile incursions.

OCV Nekhbet was developed with not just command and control in mind, but rapid-response to any such dangers. Taking into account the Nekhbet and her mission, now-Commodore Storgen implemented a series of protocols called Last Chance, which allows the team to evacuate immediately, even from a drydock, to a pre-planned rendevous zone.

Nowadays, the OCV Nekhbet is one of the main battleships within the Omicron Theater of War. Commodore Storgen and his men have sworen to protect humanity from any and all alien threats, till their last breaths.
