Subject: A Request

"Comrades of the Red Hessian Army, it has been some time since we spoke in person for that I apologize, formulating a revolution in Liberty is difficult due to the strangle-hold the Corporations have on the Government and the people, making them much less willing to rise up against oppression.

But still we survive and continue to ship goods to and from Hessian bases to supply both our needs, particularly Blood Diamonds which are favored in Colorado on Denver. But it is difficult to fight the Navy on equal terms due to our ships being old broken-down Eagles and Roc Bombers stolen from a LPI Depot, thus I would like to propose a deal should you be willing to listen.

In exchange for several 'Odin' Class Ships we are willing to further aid the Revolution within Rheinland by providing more tactical aid within the Hamburg System and limited operations within New Berlin for [RHA] members as needed to both relieve pressure upon Red Hessian elements within both systems as well as foster better relations with our Rheinland brethren.

Should you need something more and know what it is we can offer than contact us, we are always willing to hear out our friends in the Red Hessians and try to accommadate their needs as long as it is not as the Worker's expense.

Free Liberty and Rheinland!"

Herr Tannor,

The official policy of the Red Hessian Army regarding friendly foreign organisations such as your own remains as it was back then. Yes, we can supply you with our weapons against the corrupt and heavy handed Liberty Navy. That said, I do not expect the supply line to be safe, especially now. Take care not to let the equipment go to waste.

If you are still operating out of Freeport 2 and adjacent areas, then you can help out our cause by assisting our diamond transports in passing safely through the area, as the Navy has been quite unexpectedly camping the jump holes as of late. Recon scans of enemy troop movements would also be of particular value.

Due to... developments, we will not be able to send transports with this equipment all the way to Liberty. You will need to organise your own convoy to Dresden. The head mechanic on Vogtland will require from you the exact number of ships you are requisitioning once you arrive. Standard weapons loadout is also an option, as I heard that Liberty weapons are mostly inefficient.

I hope to hear from you with the required paperwork once you arrive.

Regards,
Karl van der Riess

"We have been made aware of the new issues with the Liberty Navy by one of your transports during a routine run by the front shipping Blood Diamonds into Liberty, they do indeed seem to be attempting to stamp out the trade that keeps the movement alive.

We shall find out what we can of this, although for what cause is hard to say, it's likely the Rogues got careless and led them straight to a Jumphole while shipping their Cardamine and/or Slaves, thus allowing them to map certain routes at least partially. We will be able to aid in observing Troop Movements in the Texas system due to our close proximity to the War Zone.

Still the Front will aid the Red Hessians as it always has in securing the Blood Diamond trade as we live directly on the route due to our alliance with the Unioners, because many within the Front depend on the trade to provide credits to pay for supplies for our cause.

As for transportation, we can handle those issues, one of our transports will be able to slip past with the documentation and Pilots to crew the fighters.

Thank you for your aid, we shall endeavor to pay such aid in kind."
