SUBJECT: Institution of a legal proceeding against Richard Charles, Jacob Forest, Jason Jackson and Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines Inc.
On the ground of the the following materials and according to Liberty code of penal procedure I refer a false evidence case of Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines, as well as Richard Charles, Jacob Forest and Jason Jackson to the criminal court;
§1.
I, Aleesha Cooper, Sub-Lieutenant of Liberty Navy Secondary Fleet, here sumbmit the accusation against the following individuals:
§1.1. Richard Charles, Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines Chief Executive Officer;
§1.2. Jacob Forest, Lawyer representing Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines at 11th and 12th of June 819 A.S. during the invesitgation into attempted break of embargo by Orbital Spa and Cruise employee Doctor Winchester;
§1.2. Jason Jackson, Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines Security Director;
As well as against the Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines represented by the aforesaid individuals.§1.2. Jacob Forest, Lawyer representing Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines at 11th and 12th of June 819 A.S. during the invesitgation into attempted break of embargo by Orbital Spa and Cruise employee Doctor Winchester;
§1.2. Jason Jackson, Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines Security Director;

The aforementioned individuals as well as the corporation represented by them are prosecuted for providing false evidence, abuse of confidence and the malicious actions for the purpose of breach of investigation of actions of Doctor Winchester performed on 6th of June 819 A.S. according to the following materials:
§2.1. The logs of communication channel between Liberty Navy and Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines archived on 19th of June 819 A.S. at 15:29 and 15:30 SMT:

The charge of Richard Charles, Jacob Forest and Jason Jackson in the aforesaid crimes is based on the corresponding testimony provided by them during the investigation of case of Doctor Winchester. During the inquest the aforementioned individuals performed multiple attempts to slow down the course of investigation, threatened Liberty Navy officer with the lawsuit in case of publication of the materials related to Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines and shown the general corporative misconduct and unwilling to cooperate with law-enforcement authorities.
The following materials represent the difference between evidence provided by the aforementioned individuals:

In the messages №20 according to §2.1.2. and №23 according to §2.1.3. Richard Charles stated the importance of the corporation reputation. Eventually, the case of Doctor Winchester took a significant importance due to the the involvement of foreign employees and the possible violations of labour law. In this situation, the aforementioned individuals, all acting as the official representatives of Ortbial Spa and Cruise Lines had their motivation for being stingy with the information and attempting to avoid possible responsibility for the actions of Doctor Winchester.
There is no direct evidence of the connection between Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines and the assumed suicide of Doctor Winchester in Planet Houston atmosphere.
