Greetings,

My name is Jaian Ki, head administrator within Sirius Robotics.
We understand that in times like these, your ministry must be extremely busy and hence I will move straight to the reason for this transmission.

Currently Omega-3 is under Bretonian Sovereignty. It has seen much Bretonian development and involvement and so is justifiably so, Bretonian.
However Planet Sprague has seemingly been ignored over the past two decades. Whilst we know it previously had docking facilities and a settlement on the surface, the planet seemingly has since been abandoned.
The main question I have to ask is:
What is the current state of Planet Sprague, in relation to ownership, trade regulations and potential settlement proposals?
