Her Majesty's orders are very specific. We are not to come to the negotiation table until ALL Rheinland forces have removed themselves from Bretonian space. There is no room for debate, nor allowance for "Conditions" upon these orders.

When, and only when, your forces are out of the Snowdown system, will our official negotiators be sent in to negotiate a settled peace.

That peace WILL ONLY BE MET when Rheinland acknowledges the removal of the Embargo, now being passed into Bretonian Law as an ACT OF AGGRESSION.

The law reads as follows:

Any attempt to restrict trade to Bretonia through the use of embargos on goods deemed vital to national survival in a time of war shall be viewed as Economic Warfare, and declared an ACT OF WAR.

That would seem to defuse the situation if our armed forces cant even meet each other.

We reject anything but an unconditional withdrawal of Rheinland forces from Snowdown(Omega-3). These are the orders direct from the Queen herself. We will not compromise, nor add conditions to her words.

Once Rheinland ships are gone, and only once they are out of our space, will we commence ANY negotiation.

All negotiations are contingent upon the simple, single demand.

Stalling tactics will not be tolerated. Either indicate your intention to comply with regards to the embargo, or stop wasting our time.

As a single demonstration of Bretonian good faith, Liberty vessels will be pulled out of Snowdown for a duration of Twenty Four hours, any indication of Rheinland hostility during that period will constitute an act of aggression and those forces will be permitted to return to their combat stations.

As for Rugen station, it is in Bretonian territory, and while it is a foreign constructed station, it is a Corporate station none-the-less. Rheinland demonstrated with Bonn station exactly how much liberty foreign national corporations have inside your space. Administration of the station, docking rights, internal law enforcement, certainly for that corporation to decide, externally, it is Bretonian territory with the same rights as any foreign station be it IMG/OSC/Zoner in our territory.
