" just a few hours ago, i conducted a visit to freeport 1. - it was a visit to confirm the state of the station and the state of the political situation.

i would be interested in a quick rundown of how that station and the space is currently reviewed, so we can update our archives at Sparta Station.

when i arrived at fp1, a fleet of bretonian warships and escort/support vessels had deployed a blockade to prevent vessels entering bretonian space.

the situation was tense, but not hostile. the bretonians were polite, except one pilot that suggested to "dust the station" but you get the overzealous officer everywhere.

the political situation changes quickly and profoundly - so it is sometimes necessary to be an eye wittness.

"i am not quite sure how much we, as omicroners, can get involved into that. - i have only taken one single shot of a rather unusual ship - a kusari destroyer flying BAF colour, cause it sparked my interest.

the footage i have is not representative - but certainly shows the mass of fleet that was present. - i can encrypt the material and send it to you via datastream.

anyway - i would still be intersted in your view of the political situation. - for all we know... the global NFZ policy was dropped - and the matter was given into the capable hands of each individual station admin.

what i can confirm in my brief stay is that there was no rheinland ship in sight, nor any rheinland civilian or cooperation ship.

no damage was done to the freeport - except one small craft that appeared to have accidently crashed into your depots, quite fatally. - the materials that spilled into space were recovered by the BAF - and as i understand it ... probably returned.
