Message reads:

Konnichwa Sir Jack Fraser,

How delighted I am to hear from you. Of course we would love to sit with you and a prudent choice it is. Comm security cannot always be trusted in these dark times and I'm learning to not underestimate the convenience of having these talks in person. Our doors are always open here in GMG space but if there is a more preferable place you wish to meet it certainly can be arranged. Please let us know and it shall be done.

Domo-arigato,
Guild Master Raikoke

Guildmasters,

It was deemed appropriate that we use a clandestine approach, so as not to draw Kusari attention to our meeting. I have left the arrangements in Bowex's care, they will be making the arrangements for the trip, and taking all the needed precautions, I am liking in one of the Bowex Directors now, to facilitate communications.

Good day to you sirs and madams.
Bowex has of course made the journey to Okinawa many times before. As a matter of a fact, one of my ExSec Managers helped facilitate this meeting during a contractual shipment to Fujisawa station last night. Now, we are going to utilise our corporate flagship to transport the Duke to the GMG's space. This is the Royal Liner BES Victoria I.

She'll hold a crew compliment of 75, alongside a BAF ground security detail of 20, a Foreign Office committee of 20 and the Duke himself. Once we moor at Fujisawa (unless there is a preferable location?), you'll need to find residential accomodations for the 41. The Duke's bodyguards will no doubt be happy enough to share quarters with your own Paramilitary security teams.

The Victoria's crew will stay aboard. More like than not, the Victoria will remain within the system for the duration of the talks, probably hidden in one of the nearby nebulas. We'll be provisioned for up to a week of isolation, but regular resupply shipments via freighter would still be appreciated.

During the journey to the Sigmas, the ship will be protected by the BES Aird, one of our Services Repair Ships, and a full ExSec detachment of elite 'Angry Badgers'. While their name may sound comical, their deadly efficiency is no laughing matter. We would also appreciate a GMG Paramilitary escort from Sigmas or Kusari core space.
We can depart as soon as a date is determined for the meeting to take place.

I would just like to reiterate, that the convoy is prepared to depart. The date of our arrival in the Okinawa system is entirely dependent on the wishes of the GMG Guild Masters. That said, we require a date, and a confirmation that the relevant personnel can be housed. In light of the recent laughable claims of Samura and Kusari in general, I would say that it is more essential than ever that this meeting take place.
Yours sincerely

Konnichiwa Sir Cromwell,
We are ready to receive your convoy in Okinawa, specifically at Fujisawa Mining Facility.
Our Operations Manager will see that your crew and vessels are supplied appropriately.
You are welcome to locate your ship in a nearby Nebula for security.
Guild Master Raikoke will tentatively arrive at 11:00pm Fujisawa time (server time) Sunday.
We wish you and your crew a pleasant journey.

RE: Arrival.
This is just a report to notify the honourable men of the GMG and the Diplomatic Corps that the convoy last night was an unmitigated success, consisting of four Bowex assets and five men of the GMG Paramilitary wing. Upon reaching Fujisawa, the BES Victoria moored and made an airlock connection.

The Duke, his personal bodyguard and his diplomatic staff (overall party of 41) were transferred to the GMG's care and accommodated aboard. We also offloaded a cargo of Mining Machinery we felt would be appreciated. Upon refueling and loading on oxygen and food, we disengaged our mooring clamps and proceeded into the nebula.

We will hold there in a low power state until negotiations are complete, or we need to resupply. Until then, the staff of the Victoria wish the GMG Godspeed and good health.
For the Queen, the realm and her allies.

Yours,
Oliver Darry.

Jack waited patiently in the nicely appointed room, sitting in a large chair staring out at the rugged beauty of the nebula outside. He rose fluidly as the Guildmaster's entered the room, stepping forward to bow formally as his Flag Lieutenant introduced him.

"Guildmasters, I present to you Her Majesty's Official Envoy, His Grace, the Duke of Norfolk."

Jack inclined his head as each of the Guildmasters were introduced, smiling faintly.

"I'd like to start this meeting off, firstly, by speaking to you on behalf of the families of the men and women you helped free from the Kusari Prisoner of War camps in Okinawa. Thank you, a thousand times, thank you. You brought sons and daughters of Bretonia home, and that kind of show of good faith has, in turn, brought me here to speak with each of you."

He cleared his throat, "It is Her Majesty's wish that a formal alliance be drafted, recognizing the GMG as friends of the Realm of Bretonia, free people from the Tyrant of Kusari's grip, and to offer you whatever material and logistical aid we can in this dark time to ensure your liberty."

The small statured woman entered the room where GMG's honoured guests were waiting. She was most anxious for this meeting. It wasn't too too long ago that her attempts at communicating with the throne of Bretonnia had failed due to misinformation that labeled GMG as a Kusari run company. Of course the current state of affairs leads no doubt about the truth.

She approached her guests where she was formally introduced to the Duke of Norfolk, Sir Jack Fraser whom she bowed deeply to, "Konnichiwa, it is a great honour to have you here, we are so glad you came." she gestured to the seats. "Please, let's have a seat and some tea to discuss this."

As tea was being served, she smiled at the Duke "I'm pleased to hear that the men and families are back together again and we would be interested in being kept up to date on their ability to adjust themselves back into society. It is our hopes that their experiences doesn't have a long lasting negative impact on their lives."

Raikoke leaned back as the server poured her tea and gently savoured it's flavour.

"Now, the real matter," addressed Raikoke, "your estimation of both our position and Kusari's position is quite correct. As frustrating as it is for them, we remain free of the tyranny shown by the ruling Samura family but fear that this may be in jeapordy. Too concede to their demands would result in the loss of our sovereignty in the future. To stand against them could result in the loss of our sovereignty here in the present. In the end we chose to stand against them rather then willingly standing down and handing them the Sigmas as though it was an easy gift to part. Our stance will no doubt be met with expected force and GMG will face one of it's most trying and defining times since that long ago time known as The Eighty. We are glad that we may have some potential friends to call upon on these dark times, please let us hear your offers and terms."

Raikoke a nodded and gestured towards the Bretonian envoy.

Jack inclined his head, enjoying the tea a moment before he spoke.

"Our terms are fairly simple, we are here to support you. Only if the Hfuel runs, are we guaranteed success against the Kusari war fleets. It is not just to our own ships and facilities, but to the House of Liberty, and to the House of Rhienland. These supply lines are of paramount importance to all the houses, and so whatever must be done to ensure that the shipments get through, then the shall get through."

"I know Bowex would graciously enjoy a conversation about procuring shipping rights for the fuel, but that is for their director to negotiate with you after we have discussed the more military formalities."

"Firstly I come bearing a gift from Her Majesty, a fully armed and prepared Destroyer for your defense, obviously some safety precautions have to be taken, if you accept the gift, one of which being a security device that will destroy the ship should it ever be seized by the Kusari, or attempt to transfer it's control away from the Gas Miner's Guild."

He motioned to his Flag Lieutenant who activated the holographic image of the Destroyer.

"It would be difficult, however, to disguise this vessel's origin from the Kusari. So I can understand if your government should politely refuse this gift. Our aim is not to make the Gas Miner's a target in this war, rather, it is our goal to protect you from harm."

"We would ask, though, that a small wing of fighters be permitted to train alongside your men in nebula combat, the hit and fade tactics that allowed you to win the 80 years war would be most valuable to us more experienced in conventional warfare."

"Obviously there is the usual logistical and supply support on offer... but most of all there is Her Majesty's assurance that as long as there is a ship to fight with, the GMG shall be a free and proud people. When you need us, we will be there. And when you call, you will always find a safe harbour and port, with a warm welcome."
