Over the last two years several LSF agents within the Outcasts have managed to collect a decent amount of data on the Outcast assassin and commander formerly known only in our intercepted communiques as 'Willow'. We have taken the new data and tried to create a more viable picture of the man we now know to be called William Bonello (a rather unusual name for an Outcast, and one that will be elaborated upon).

William Bonello was born the son of Tea Bonello, an Outcast ace of some repute and the Bounty Hunter ace William Whitacre, hence the name. Details are very sketchy in this respect but it appears that the two met while she was on a tour of duty in Omicron Theta on the Freeport bar, back before the Nomad war when the Outcasts still had a decent stake in that piece of territory. It is believed she ran to live with him for a period of two and a half years, and returned to Malta with an infant and re-entered active duty when he left her for another man. She was shot down and killed six months later while reinforcing the Hessian presence in Omega-5 four months later.

The child, William, was taken in by Don Cataleuca (reportedly deceased four years ago) and raised as a page boy. It was noticed by some of the other servants that he had incredible reflexes and was unusually strong; he was reading very early, as well, at the age of three. He was quickly placed on an accelerated learning program and trained in all forms of mechanics, combat and command. He was accelerated through the Maltese Military Academy and is believed to have graduated at the age of sixteen, three years ahead of schedule, and graduated pilot school at the same time. He shot down nine Bounty Hunter aces in his first month of service, and eventually began to serve as a form of commando. The reported culmination of this was the spectacular situation in Omega-49 in 814, six months after the reconstruction and relaunch of the Fantasia and its subsequent assignment, with its (temperamental) cloaking device, (highly temperamental) positron engine, and unusually heavy arsenal of weaponry as a platform for his operations. In the end a decent portion of the Kallisti fields were destroyed, and Fiona DeLuna was killed as her villa was destroyed by an as-yet-unidentified weapon of unknown origin.

At some point, and estimated six years ago at a party hosted by Don Cataleuca he met a 20-year-old helsmwoman named Maria Dattaglia and married her some six months later. They have not produced offspring, and he is believed to have been sterilized by Cardamine.

He has dueled and shot down several very highly skilled pilots of Sirius-wide repute, including his own father. This, indeed, is where he is rumored to have obtained his Sabre's armaments, which will alternately consist of four IRON HAMMERS and four Buckshots. Lately his piloting skills have seen more activity, as the Fantasia was reassigned to the 66th, where he is a special attache'.

Physically, Bonello stands exactly six feet tall. His frame is fairly thin, so he does not present a particularly imposing presence. He has a light brown hair, well-maintained, trailing approximately to his mid-pectorals; this is normally bound into a pony tail for operations. It is reported that it has been repeatedly suggested by many of his colleagues and superiors that he cut it, but he staunchly refuses to do so; it appears that appearance and vanity are matters of great import to the subject. His eyes are hazel. His skin is also pale, characteristic of the Whitacres; indeed, it seems that most of the Whitacre genetics are dominant.

Bonello's exact position in the Outcast military is something of a mystery. He has been reported as acting as anything from a Lieutenant to the Supreme Commander, and the Corsica Personnel Outlines we managed to salvage bits from are very careful in defining him with an official rank. They order, however, that he is to be given the authority of an Admiral by default.

Subject, if encountered, is to be treated with extreme caution. His basic combat abilities surpass that of a normal humans' body, possibly due to Cardamine mutations in the extreme. He is known to favor antiquated shell-firing projectile weapons for their reliability and effectiveness against personal shielding. He has been observed using nanomachined reproductions of old Terran weaponry, including the M21 semiautomatic rifle and the G36C automatic rifle. His normal sidearm is a Colt 1911, but he has been seen recently carrying a massive handgun estimated as a 20mm cartridge. This was later identified as an Ageira Arms 20mm HandHowitzer™, probably presented to him by his wife, who is a total novice with weaponry and is believed to work under the mentality "the bigger the better." He is known to have shot at least four people with it, all of them LSF operatives, because the corpses were only identifiable by their pants. The torsos had been pulped. Indeed, how he is even capable of firing a 20mm round out of a handgun is cause for extreme concern; Sin|Tech specialists under oath have commented that the arm is likely mechanical, but it is reported as having a very fluid operation for a prosthetic.

Willow is known for having a nanosword, a piece of technology Agiera has been trying to engineer for decades. The weapon is believed to be a Dom Kavash relic, and should be acquired if at all possible.

The LSF places capture priority at High. Neutralization priority is Nil.
