Image of Maximus Meridius appears on the screen - it's a static image , video transfer failed to load. Emergancy message keeps repeating itself.

This is Maximus....I am....in Omicron....expedition was ambu.....Vorbis.. is heavily damaged. I need im......support. If you can.....this - I am far behind......We jumped there in chase of some nomad crafts...mistake......most of fighters are barly....Please....repair ship or at least evac.....we can't stay here for much longer....defences are failing....I don't know ....we can hold off those things. Brothers....help me.

Very weak signal of emergancy channel stops and this message appears

I am glad to hear you picked that transmission-I need to be brief I am getting low on power here. Ship's hull is 100%. Engines are down. We are getting low on food,water and oxygen. Fighter escorts are down, I got their pods. I gave you the location of my ship in the emergancy transmission. It's hidden in the files.Omicron Lost....<static>

Message cuts and static follows. Maximus used all of avaible power to transmit the asnwer so he can prove that he is still alive.Rest of his tranmissions won't be able to break out the system he is in.

Maximus sits at his console on captain's bridge...he is following the radar...suddenly multiple contacts apear God damn it! I hope those aren't squids again...wait a minute they use a search pattern ... they must be drones. Common you piece of AI junk find this brick it's not that small to miss...

He sits back anxiously following the drones moving on the radar - so far they are searching in nearby space but the corvo lost all engines and is driffting away...there is still hope but it's fading.

Maximus walks to the console for the last time... he is tired , the lack of oxygen makes him weak. He gives a last look on the radar and the drones wondering around the system. He turns off the console and goes to his capsule.
" Right Folks...we are going to sleep this over...and hope that someone will actualy come and wake us up... Computer - limit the power drain so you can operate and possibly welcome the rescue teams. Take care you piece of junk " - " Yes Captain - power drain limited to minimum - awaiting rescue teams - goodnight Captain " Maximus checks the crew capsules then enters his own. Oxygen back up supplies will last for weeks but the chance to find the corvo is less possible then before.

Somewhere in omicron-lost a drone emits a signal. This signal is received by Zoners satelite in Omicron-delta with amplifies and reemits it to Freeport 11. On board of the freeport, a few Omicroners are awaken by the signal and proceed immediatly to the (]o[)Hephaestos, a repair ship.

While leaving Freeport 11 a transmission is sent to Livadia: "Captain Magnus here, we've got a signal from omicron-lost, I think we may have detected the Corvo of Maximus Meridius, we are currently on our way to check it. Code 33.."
Livadia: "This is Livadia Shipyard, we received your transmission. 1 Fearless and 2 bombers that are currently patrolling in Kappa are going to assist you. Good luck".
(]o[)Hephaestos:"Rogers, thank you."

Later, the (]o[)Hepaestos and its escort enter omicron-lost and fly to the area designed by the drone.
Suddenly:"Captain, I've got something on the long range scanner. Looks like a large piece of metal with low electromagnetic activity"
Paul Magnus:"Excellent, this could really be Captain Meridius ship"

Ship is covered in deep dead darkness of the space in Omicron Lost. Corvo driffting away, damaged, unpowered and hopeless. The only light left within the captain's bridge is from the AI computer console looking after the crew and his Captain. Suddenly the radar detects incomming ships.
As ordered on board AI prepared the ship for boarding. The very last piece of energy left is directed into incomming vessels and message follows:
ACS Computer: "Incomming ships - This is Automatic Contol System - Captain Maximus ordered me to prepare the ship for boarding by rescue teams - Identify yourself."

Captain Magnus:" Captain Magnus of Hepaestos here, we came here to help you out. Sending identification data now "

ACS Computer: " Roger. Data received - identification card confirmed. Capsules with crew and Captain are waiting to be picked up. Corvo is powerless and damaged. Oxygen supplies are directed into capsule section, crew and captain are in hibernation. All other sections are offline and in space vacuum. Corvo is damaged and is barely keeping hull integrity. Shields are offline. Low power in Emergancy Capsules Contols - Emergancy launch impossible. Commence boarding with extreme caution. Good luck - ACS powering off - "

Ship is now completly dark - all power and oxygen is directed automaticly into capsule section to secure the survivors. Captain's bridge lighs up with the brigth light from incomming ships.
Corvo has been found.

Captain Magnus:"Ok guys, so here is the situation, we have to go inside this corvo by our own means and manually bring back the pods of the crew. So get the (]o[)Hepaestos closer as possible the Corvo and prepare the heavy machinery to make a new entrance in it".

A few minutes later, the (]o[)Hepaestos crew enters the corvo with manual lifters to get the pods. Since the corvo is a zoner ship, the crew easily access to the emergency room containing the pods.

A little more time and the crew is back to the (]o[)Hepaestos with the pods. After checking the vital status of each pod Captain Magnus decides: Ok, everything is alright, we can get back directly to Freeport XV, there is no need to stop at Freeport 11. Weclome back Mr Meridius... "

And so, the Meridius crew was rescued.
