[color=#000000]Ladies and Gentlemen!

I've had a very odd experience today with one of your "soldier" at Omega 7 system. I was on my trading route to get some copper from the Independent Miners Guild from Freistadt base. After we have finished the hauling into my ship, I undocked my bird from the base.

I felt myself in safe, since one of your cruiser [color=#006600][RNC-Van_Clausen]
was there, but I had to change my mind so fast. He stopped me, what is a normal form to scanning the passing traffic, but suddenly he asked me to drop my cargo.

I didnt understand the reason, so asked for it, but as you can see on the attached files, he didnt has any. After I explained him, that my cargo is smelted copper, he changed his mind. After a succesfull scanning process I had ro realise, that he and his crew wanted to rob me.

I dont understand why is a cruiser from the Rheinland army asking for ore from traders, miners at Omega 7 system. Are you planning to blockade the Freistadt base or restrict the IMG interestings at the Omegas? It could be much appreciated if you give me an explanation about his action.

Thank you.

Sincerelly

Bartholomeo Lovejoy

Sehr geehrter Bartholomeo Lovejoy,

As the Commander of the RNC-Altenau, I observed the situation personally in Omega-7, though futher interrogations are required to officially identify the RNC-Van_Clausen, the captain and the crew rouge.

I don't know if you're aware of the situation of some of the RNC vessels. Some of them disobey and attack Military personel on sight. The IMG is already informed about this situation.
Signed,

Major Siegfried Hermann,
Commander of the RNC-Altenau,
Rheinland Hauptflotte.

First of all, thank you for your fast answer. You are right, I was who informed the Rheinland Military about his action, and let me to thank you again for your fast aid. He was so odd for me, since our encounters with the Rheinland Military wasnt the same before. I have to say, our encounters were correct and respectfull in the past, thats why I've asked for "explanation".

Since this case isnt belongs to my authority, I wont asking for the further process, however I gladly help you to clear the situation, so feel free to use my documents at the trial, if it will be.

Sincerelly

Mr. Lovejoy,

I'm not sure what the intentions of the crew of this ship are, but given the situation it may be prudent to request an escort. You stated this Rheinland Military vessel was engaged in acts of piracy outside of Freistadt itself? The images do show part of the station... most disturbing. I will copy this message onto the admiralty and request that this particular cruiser be investigated. If it's behaviour suggests the vessel is no longer acting in the interests of Rheinland, then it's actions cannot be predicted, and having it in the Freistadt perimiter would become a danger to the commerce in Omega 7, and the station itself.

I regret this had to come to pass. We have been made aware by the Rheinland Military that there are some suspected rogue vessels operating in the area. I recommend that you contact the station and request an escort out of the system for the coming weeks, until this matter is resolved. There are usually a few patrol ships available. Two or three Pytho class ships should be enough to deter a hostile capital vessel.

Regards,
- Johnathan Sanders, on behalf of the Independent Miners Guild
