Please keep i mind that this is a direct transmission to you in person and that, according to your own statement, has one of the highest security levels.

One of my mercenary teams managed to aquire a crystalline material that constantly changes it's
atomic structure, changing between two heavy elements that either absorb or emit radiation.
The crystals are, depending on their current state, either dull or clear.
Dull measn that they emit a strong radiation, similiar to that of uranium fuel rods. It is a bit weaker though.
When they are clear they absorb the exact same radiation. While absoring the radiation the emit heat.

In the theory these crystals can therefore be used to create a power generator, similiar to that of a nuclear plant, just that the nuclear fuel rods would recharge themselves. The practical problem is that while parts of the crystal are being charged, other parts already emit radiation.

I ask for different things.

A way to keep the fuel rods either dull or clear, until their role in the reactor changes again.

To Buppa Zu Gan,
In regards to the crystalline materials, we would need to physically investigate it in order to determine if there is a viable way to "jam" it into one form for a set amount of time.

As for the power, there is an easy method of energy extraction, as you would just build a standard nuke reactor to harvest the energy while the crystalline matter is in its dull state. When the Crystalline Materials switch to their clear state, have built in systems that allow the collection of heat. Depending on the output that the crystalline material has of both types of energy, would depend on if this is at all feasible. But sometimes the most simple is the best. But once again, we need to actually physically inspect the specimen.

To Buppa Zu Gan,
As for your request to know where to send the material, it would be best to send it to Kansas, or Magellan, and my vessel, the CBSV-Lazarus_IV will make the collection. The Corona Battlegroup would be glad to accept the Nomad power cell, as they are needed for our research at this time.

As for the Crystalline samples, we would require approximately 20-25kg for testing small scale implementation, but that would require us needing approximately 2kg of material that is likely to be destroyed due to testing chemical and physical reactions to select elements and catalysts. Although the 2kg is likely to be destroyed, we will be able to understand this material much more, and have a better idea on what it is, and how to utilize it in a controllable environment.
