Been a while, i know.

I believe you are aware of what happened in Minor by now.
A while ago, one of our convoy that was supplying '11 met a few vessels of the Order.

They are still here.
But they lost so many men and resources...

Those vessels escorted our convoy to an unknown system.
Our vessel then proceeded to supply them while they had some talk with those remaining members of the Order.
They asked TAZ to help them about a specific thing...

And this is why i'm sending this pulse.
We will need you.

The Order lost the NeuralNet pulse repeaters that were linking the distant Omicrons with Delta, Kappa, Tetha.. And the rest of Sirius.
They asked us if we could find a way to make and position new ones.
The Order doesn't have the means to do such a thing right now. However, they need deeply to gain back to contact with the rest of Sirius.

Those would need to be cloaked and much more powerful to avoid the history to repeat itself for the Order.
The system must also be redundant as well.

We started to work in Baffin... Repeaters are something quite common for zoners. After all, every single vessel we use have one.
Finding a valuable cloaking system not too much resource demanding is another thing.

According to our teams, we will need at very least a dozen of repeater to cover the requirements, counting the prototypes we will have to build for tests purposes.

The scientific teams working on this left Baffin today.
I believe they need to work in Omicrons. The Corvo that is transiting them is headed to '11.

Here is what we humbly requesting, if you agree to help us on this project :

+ '11 admin :

Please grant us some space to work on the station. We will also need to gather some resources to build the units. I think '11 is the best place to do so, as it's the closest.

+ Omicroners :

TAZ resources are quite limited in Omicrons. I think you however have the infrastructure and people to support us in this. We may need more people to work on this and processing means to complete the requirements.

I'm waiting your opinions regarding this, and suggestions, if you have some.

The order will also need a lot of logistic in the near future.
The members of our convoys stated they were currently lacking of food, water... Everything.

Something must be done.

However, we're currently undergoing a restructure of our trade department after many of our routes have been altered so there could appear some delays. We could use a list with the commodities you need to see if we can supply them at this time.

As for the second part of the message, I'd like to inform you that the Omicroners visited the Order after the attacks but we were told not to go back there under any circumstances. We were let to believe that they don't need our help.

I must say your answer surprises me.
I thought your organization had far stronger ties with the Order, compared to the TAZ.

Moreover, you, more than anyone else, should know what are the symptoms of a paranoia induced by some tragic event, given your past.

Please believe my intent isn't to patronize you here, however.
We both have a different vision of the zoner way. It's fine; As long as we respect each other.

If you don't wish to participate in that project, we will certainly respect your wish.
I personally think it's a waste however, since i believe you have right there, in the Omicrons, the means to help us.
We will then have to divert more resources and people to see it through.

May Eris always inspire you, so that you remember constructive order is shinier than destructive order, and that constructive disorder is way funnier than destructive disorder.

Greetings,

we were also very surprised by the Order message saying to us that we must stay away from their new home system.
The reason given by the Order is that they fear that too much activity around the Mu jumpholes (due to zoners using it) would help the nomads to locate their new home system.

Of course we are willing to help but we won't interfer with the Order business until they agree we do. Note also that we have contacted the Order several times since the ionic storm using different types of transmission protocole but they never answered to us.

Obviously, since the neuralnet repeaters they were relying on to communicate with the rest of Sirius were destroyed, they had no mean to receive your calls... Did they?

This is the very reason of this little project.
Help them to be heard again... Contact their agents spread in various places and unable to reach them.

Our teams arrived to '11 today.
If you wish to, we would appreciate if you could send some engineering teams and a few scientists specialized in cloaking technology there.

According to them, we will need at least the following to build the repeaters :

* Optronics : 2500 units
* polymers : 5000 units
* quantum multiplexors : 2300 units
* high temp alloys : 5500 units
* super alloys : 5500 units
* superconductors : 3200 units

Thanks to Mr. Orphelia, we have the space needed for such a project.
We are currently working on a temporary solution, as it will take some time to iron out the concept, to manufacture and position the repeaters.

The biggest problem, according to miss Delorean Sinclair, is the quantity of energy required.
The buoys must remain cloaked during several years, and keep enough power to repeat the signal.

I do hope your scientists have tracks to solve this issue.

Actually no, at least one contact was made in person after the initial transmission of the Order stating Mu was restricted area. At this time, they did not mention any requirement, thanked the omicroner for his helpful intention but asked him to leave and to not come back.

As I said we are willing to participate. However, the truth is we already have significant needs in omicron-theta and 74:
