Konnichiwa CSA Leading Members,

As we discussed briefly before we have an offer for your company involving the supplying of Ainu depot. Our offer is that in exchange for this service we shall refrain from pirating any vessels under your banner.

The follow is the purposed agreement.



Proposal 1: Non-Aggression
All ships under the Assemblies banner will not open fire, or fine vessels under the CSA's banner, unless in self-defence.



Proposal 2: Escorting
When able to Assembly shall spare ships to escort ships under the CSA's banner which are moving shipments through Kusari to Ainu depot.



Proposal 3: Supplying
In exchange for offers 1 and 2 the CSA will supply following to Ainu depot per week.
--- H fuel
--- Bio Neural processors
--- Quantum multiplexors
--- Light Arms
--- Nuclear Components
--- Mox

The commodities above are those we need. Please tell us which you are able to supply and how much of each you are able to supply.



Proposal 4: Proposal Cancellation

Each party has the right to discontinue the above proposal at any time. Notifications of this cancellation must be made, in a minimum of, a week in advance. During this week all previously agreed conditions are valid and are only stopped once a week has passed since the original declaration.


Hopefully all of the above are self explanatory, as always this is an involved agreement meant to bring prosperity both to the Assembly's goals but also to what the CSA hopes to achieve.

Good day, Mr. Kamida.

I will deal with the proposal in the order you have provided.

I see no issue with Proposal 1; we will continue to supply you for as long as you can guarantee our safety. We trust that you will be able to keep your new recruits well informed of this agreement.

I also see no issue with Proposal 2; should the ships escorting successfully repel opportunist pirates, a bonus may be paid to said pilots at the discretion of the Captain whom they are sub-contracted to. Furthermore, we see no reason for other agreements in regards to escort services to not take place in future between our organisations.

In regards to Proposal 3: Just for some clarification, by 'Nuclear Components', are you referring to 'Nuclear Devices'? If you could confirm that, we can supply all of the above.

I ask you to provide and estimate as to the quantity that you wish to receive on a fortnightly - monthly basis. Once you've given a fair idea, we can confirm the quantities that you will receive.

In regards to Proposal 4: We have no issue, and agree to the terms.

I hope that we will be able to consolidate and confirm this contract, for the prosperity of us both.

I am delighted to inform you that one of our pilots has already delivered 6960 units of Light Arms to Ainu Depot, as a gesture of good will from our organisation. We hope that this will be the genesis of a long and prosperous relationship between our two organisations.

Konnichiwa Mr Edmunds,

I am happy to hear that you are finding our terms agreeable. As with regards to the Nuclear Devices clarification yes, anything which can be acquired, although we are aware that such devices can be hard to come across. With regards to our pilots rest assured all will be briefed on exactly how this agreement shall work. Should, in an unfortunate event, such a tragedy happy rest assured the Assembly will do what it can to punish those at fault.

With regards to quantities I would be happy to offer what I believe may be required weekly.


This is obviously liable to change, as we will have to finalise these statiistics with our assosiates before we continue. We hope to get this number finalised within the near future so that a decision on your side might be made.

The below 'Status' will be changed to 'Checked' once the aforementioned party have given their opinions on the amounts.

I am glad to hear that you will discipline your pilots accordingly, and hope that you would find it acceptable for us to do the same, if the situation requires it; the safety of our goods is of utmost import, and should one of your pilots engage in hostile actions towards our transports, I hope that you would find it agreeable for us to defend ourselves by any means necessary.

We will however, should such a travesty occur, attempt to preserve the lives of your pilots.

I can confirm our capability to supply the following:

2500 units of H-Fuel
500 units of Bio-Neural Processors
1500 units of Quantum multiplexors
2500 units of Light Arms
2500 units of assorted Nuclear Components
3000 units of MOX

in a recurring weekly contract. I will await confirmation of these figures before we finalize and complete the deal.

As I mentioned before we are awaiting confirmation from a third party of whom we are making these supplies in aid of. However until then I would assume that such supplies would be suitable for the tasks we my need to deal with in the future.

Assuming all is agreeable on both sides then I would recommend simply a loose agreement for now, in the near future i shall make efforts to have a written document produced. So that we might sign our consent to the agreement more officially. Although for this i myself with require some preparation as I assume you would as well.

In relation to this I shall also open a communication following contact by yourself on this channel regarding your consent, this new channel would be so that confirmations of supplies each week might be transmitted to us. In case of the event that you have issues or questions regarding this arrangement this channel shall be kept up for that as well a finalising the aforementioned agreement.

As always I am eager to hear your take on this suggestion. As I mentioned before the quantities listed are liable to change although we are quite sure this is what is required we simply want to make you aware of this possible change. Although rest assured any alterations will be given to you as soon as we receive them.

This is simply to make you aware that our requests have changed. Because of this change we will require you to specify whether or not you will be able to accommodate these changes.

I can confirm our capability to uphold the change in required commodities. All can be supplied in the recurring contract as required.

I am sure that as an honourable man, a temporary loose contract will be sufficient between our two parties.

Please feel free, after the conclusion of this dialogue, to contact us with any further requests; I am sure that we will be able to work further together in future.

I now clearly state my organisations acceptance to the proposed terms, that:

1. No ships flying under the Assembly's jurisdiction will open fire on a [CSA] vessel, unless in self-defence.

2. Whenever possible, Assembly ships will escort the shipments in question.

3. That [CSA] vessels will deliver the following items:

2500 units of H-Fuel
500 units of Engine Components
3000 units of Food Rations
2500 units of Light Arms
1500 units of Robotics
3000 units of MOX

every week to Ainu Depot, Hokkaido.

4. That both parties have the right to terminate the contract at any time. The party terminating the contract MUST provide at least a week's notice prior to the termination. During this time, all previous conditions remain valid.

The contract will become effective immediately following your confirmation of our confirmation.

We hope that we will both prosper long into the future.

Upon conclusion, please forward the new communications channel to my office. I will brief my pilots on the contract, and deliveries will begin immediately.

Konnichiwa Mr Edmunds,

It is truly regrettable what happened regarding your shipment of Helium, I would hope it reach the refinery on time. I have done all in my power to best solve the issue regarding you unfortunate event on the lanes, however to no avail.

We have contacted the Dragons regarding the assault however appears that they care not, which in all fairness hardly surprises me. In future we shall take into account the threat they pose to your shipments.

We had assumed the Dragons would honour our agreement to you however that is clearly not the case and with our own Alliance, of sorts, with them we are helpless against them. This applies to both supplies and regular shipments. This does not mean we cannot help you negate obstacles such as these in the future, it simply means that when Dragons our present our assistance cannot be through the use of violence.

Again allow me to show my deep sympathy for what happened, we have however learnt from it. We now know who we can and can't trust in these agreements - so it is not a total loss.

Good day, Mr. Kamida.

I wish to thank you for your apology of sorts, and to inform you that all is not lost. The shipment arrived on time, and we were able to deliver the H-Fuel to meet the requirements of this week's deliveries.

If I am frank with you, I was sceptical as to the influence your group would have; after previous experiences with both the Blood Dragons and Golden Chrysanthemum groups, I was rather pessimistic as to our chances. That we came through it with our lives is a blessing in itself

In regards to official supply shipments to your organisation, I do ask you resolve the situation as far as possible. I do understand however that surplus private shipments are difficult to protect, even with legitimate reason, so please do not worry if you cannot protect them. I simply ask that you do not involve your pilots with any such situations, as this could lead to mortalities that neither of us seek.

I do hope that your people are satisfied with the quality of the supplied goods; please do inform me directly of any issues. Such a high-volatile political situation should not be risked to the paper-pushers beneath me.

I hope that we will get through this rocky ground with our feet still intact.

Although I fear it required the attention of my father on this occasion the matter has been resolved. The Dragons have kindly agreed to not open fire on your transports which are bringing supplies to Ainu.

Although they have not guaranteed a similar conduct with regards to your vessels bringing supplies to Ainu they have said that it will be at the digression of the Dragon in question how exactly they decide to pursue the incident.

Regardless of this our own agreements on the matter remain as they were originally. Assembly ships will not open fire on any CSA vessels, unless in self defence, and when able wiill provide an escort to such vessels while carrying good to Ainu.

As well as this the quality of the goods received to this date have been very satisfactory, the fuels and engine components have already been put to direct use where as the light arms have as of yet only been put through live fire drills - so far the result look promising. The food rations have been exceptionally vital, with some of the shipments been moved back to Ryuku - to tend to our current civilian population.

As always I hope this should at least give some relief on the matter and I hope that from here the connection between the Assembly and the CSA can only grow.
