Kamida Treaties

These archives hold information which relates to agreements, and treaties, made by the Kamida. Held in the Archives are both currently active and void agreements.
Please be aware that all members under the Kamida's banner. Both those of the Assembly as well as family members are expected to know and understand these agreements. Failure to do so could result in issues regarding the diplomatic status of the Kamida as well as the disciplining of the member in question.

Brief Summary: Under this agreement Corporate Shipping Airways are required to make weekly shipments to Ainu Depot. In return the Assembly agrees to not pirate or fine any transports currently in the employ of Corporate Shipping Airways.

' Wrote: Proposal 1: Non-Aggression
All ships under the Assemblies banner will not open fire, or fine vessels under the CSA's banner, unless in self-defence.
Proposal 2: Escorting
When able to Assembly shall spare ships to escort ships under the CSA's banner which are moving
shipments through Kusari to Ainu depot.
Proposal 3: Supplying
In exchange for offers 1 and 2 the CSA will supply following to Ainu depot per week.

Food Rations - 3000
Light Arms - 2500
Robotics - 1500
Mox - 3000
Proposal 4: Proposal Cancellation
Each party has the right to discontinue the above proposal at any time. Notifications of this cancellation must be made, in a minimum of, a week in advance. During this week all previously agreed conditions are valid and are only stopped once a week has passed since the original declaration.

Brief Summary: Under this agreement both the Kamida Assembly and the Independent Miners Guild agree to not openly assault either opposing party present in this agreement, expect in the certain circumstances listed in the agreement.

IMG and Kamida Assembly reserve the right to break the agreement at any time. In addition, this
agreement will be considered void if Kamida Assembly members commit any crimes against IMG or if section 3 is violated.
[color=#FFFF99]2) Amnesty
IMG forgives you all crimes you have committed against it. Furthermore, IMG will not put Kamida Assembly nor it's members on it's bounty board.
3) Free travel
Kamida Assembly members should not demand money or any other kind of reward from IMG ships and allow them to travel unharmed. However they are allowed to stop them if they feel the need to have a discussion with them. The above clause is not activated when the IMG ships are hauling:- Synth Paste
- Cardamine - If over 10 units
- Military Vehicles
- Light Arms - If over 5 units
- Nuclear Devices
4) Secrecy
IMG, as a lawful organization, cannot support Kamida Assembly, in public. IMG may choose a lawful side to keep this agreement a secret, even against Kamida Assembly's or it's members interests in a situation in which a third party observes our interaction. However, that doesn't forbid a future secret and closer co-operation between IMG and Kamida Assembly.
5) Plundering
IMG may contact Kamida Assembly and it's members and declare a ship free to plunder. This may occur if the mentioned ship broke IMG Regulations.
6) Kamida Alliances
The Kamida Assembly reserve the right to assist any allied vessels, present and future, in combat with the IMG, or any other factions currently being assisted by, or providing assistance for, the IMG.- Current Factions which would fall under this category - Blood Dragons, Consortium
